Day 2

Day two is dedicated to a full-day exploration of the central Serengeti, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife regions. After an early breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive through the heart of the park, where the vast savannahs and acacia-dotted landscapes host an incredible variety of animals. Look out for the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and as well as cheetahs, hyenas, and countless species of birds. Your guide will help you track wildlife and share fascinating insights about animal behavior and the ecosystem. Enjoy a packed lunch in the wild before continuing your adventure across the plains. Day 3
Northern Serengeti

On day three, you’ll head north through the Serengeti on a scenic drive toward the remote and breathtaking northern region, where the Great Migration can often be witnessed during its peak season. This area offers a chance to see thousands of wildebeest and zebras as they make their dramatic river crossings, facing crocodiles and predators in a fight for survival. The journey itself is a safari, with game viewing opportunities along the way. As you arrive in the north, settle into your next accommodation and prepare for an afternoon game drive focused on tracking the migration herds and the predators that follow them.

Day 4

On day four, depart early from the Serengeti and enjoy a scenic drive toward the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s natural wonders. Upon arrival, descend into the lush crater floor for a full-day game drive in this unique, self-contained ecosystem. The crater is home to a dense population of wildlife, including black rhinos, lions, elephants, hippos, and a wide variety of bird species. With its stunning scenery and rich biodiversity, Ngorongoro offers one of the best wildlife viewing experiences in the world. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated site within the crater before continuing your exploration. In the late afternoon, ascend from the crater and transfer to your accommodation for the night.

Day 5
Tarangire National Park

On day five, journey to Tarangire National Park, known for its iconic baobab trees, large elephant herds, and beautiful, less-crowded landscapes. After breakfast, enjoy a game drive through the park’s diverse terrain, which includes riverine woodlands, open grasslands, and seasonal swamps. Tarangire is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, lions, leopards, and over 500 species of birds. The Tarangire River, a vital water source, attracts animals year-round, offering fantastic viewing opportunities, especially during the dry season. Enjoy a picnic lunch in one of the park’s scenic spots, followed by an afternoon game drive. Later, transfer to Hotel for your final overnight stay.

On day six, depending on your schedule, you may have the option to visit the stunning Materuni Waterfall near Moshi. This refreshing excursion offers a chance to explore the lush foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, walk through local villages, and learn about the Chagga culture. The hike to the waterfall takes you through beautiful coffee and banana plantations, ending at the majestic falls where you can relax and enjoy the natural beauty. A visit to a local coffee farm for a traditional coffee-making experience can also be included. This activity is optional and available at a supplementary cost. It provides a perfect, scenic end to your northern Tanzania adventure before end of your safari.
