From there, you’ll head to the spectacular Tarangire National Park, where your adventure truly takes off with an exciting game drive. Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch surrounded by the park’s breathtaking landscapes. Tarangire is renowned for its large herds of elephants, towering baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. It's also an important part of the annual migration route for elephants, wildebeest, and zebras,

This area is also known for its high concentration of predators, such as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and elusive leopards, so keep your eyes peeled for these fascinating creatures.

Day 5

After check-out and an early breakfast, you'll embark on a full-day safari adventure in the enchanting Lake Manyara National Park, with a packed lunch to enjoy along the way. Although compact in size—covering just 205 square miles—Lake Manyara is celebrated for its dramatic scenery and rich biodiversity. The park's diverse habitats include lush groundwater forests shaded by towering fig and mahogany trees, open grasslands, and acacia woodlands alive with playful baboons and curious blue monkeys.

Around midday, you'll pause at a picturesque picnic site, where you can savor your lunch while soaking in the peaceful natural surroundings.

In the afternoon, your exploration continues, with opportunities to spot tree-climbing lions, hippos wallowing in the lake, and flocks of flamingos painting the shoreline pink. As the sun begins to set, you'll exit the park and journey back to Moshi Kilimanjaro, arriving at your the hotel around 7 PM.

Begin your adventure with an early morning drive from Moshi to Marangu Gate, the starting point for one of Kilimanjaro’s most scenic and accessible routes. After registration and a short briefing, where sunlight filters through a canopy of ancient trees and the air is alive with birdsong and the occasional sighting of colobus monkeys swinging through the branches.

The trail gently ascends, winding past vibrant flora, moss-covered rocks, and streams that flow from the mountain’s glaciers. Along the way, your guide will share insights about the mountain’s unique ecosystems and cultural significance.

After approximately 3–4 hours of hiking, you’ll reach the Mandara Hut area (2,700 meters), where you’ll pause to enjoy a packed lunch and take in sweeping views of the surrounding forest and, on clear days, glimpses of the Kibo summit above. If time and energy allow, a short walk to the Maundi Crater offers even more spectacular vistas.

At evening will drive back to the hotel in moshi.

08:00 AM – Pickup from Your Hotel in Moshi

Your day begins with a comfortable drive through the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, offering scenic views of the countryside and local villages along the way.

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by a local guide from the village. Begin a guided hike through lush, green farmlands and tropical rainforest. The trail leads to the stunning Materuni Waterfalls, one of the tallest in the area at around 80 meters high. Enjoy the fresh mountain air, listen to the sounds of birds and insects,

After the hike, head back to the village for an interactive coffee-making tour with a local Chagga family. Learn about the entire process—from picking, roasting, and grinding the beans to brewing the perfect cup. You’ll also participate in the traditional Chagga coffee song and dance as part of the roasting ritual!

After your cultural experience and a warm farewell from your hosts, you will begin the drive back to your hotel in Moshi.
