Upon arrival at the airport, you’ll be warmly greeted by our representative and experienced driver-guide. You’ll then be escorted to your accommodation in Arusha, where you can relax and prepare for the exciting journey ahead. Weather permitting, you’ll be treated to stunning views of Mount Meru and, if you’re lucky, a glimpse of the “shy girl,” Mount Kilimanjaro, peeking through the clouds.

Day 2

Arusha To Tarangire National Park

Arusha To Tarangire National Park

After a well-served breakfast, your adventure begins! You'll depart for Tarangire National Park, famously known as “The Elephant Playground” due to its large herds of elephants a signature feature of the park.

As you enter, you'll be welcomed by a striking landscape dotted with iconic baobab and acacia trees. The park's grasslands, swamps, and floodplains provide a rich habitat for a wide variety of wildlife including giraffes, baboons, hippos, and big cats.

The Tarangire River is the park’s lifeline, attracting a diverse range of animals. Expect to see elephants, zebras, antelope, lions, and more. With some luck, you may also spot wildebeest, gazelles, cheetahs, leopards, and even rarer species like kudu, oryx, and the graceful gerenuk.

After an exciting day of game viewing, you’ll head to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you'll continue your journey with a game drive en route to Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wonders. Formed millions of years ago, the crater is home to over 25,000 resident animals, offering one of the best wildlife viewing experiences in the world.

As you descend to the crater floor, you’ll explore a rich ecosystem of open grasslands and acacia forests, where nearly every species of East African savannah wildlife can be found—including the famed Big Five: rhino, elephant, buffalo, lion, and leopard. Keep an eye out for wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and if you're lucky, a glimpse of the elusive black rhino through the tall grass.

With over 500 recorded bird species, Ngorongoro is also a haven for bird lovers.

Later in the day, you'll proceed to Serengeti National Park for more thrilling game drives and an overnight stay.

Today, you'll enjoy an unforgettable game drive in Central Serengeti, specifically in the Seronera region famously known as “The Big Cat Capital of Africa.” This area is one of the best places to spot lions, leopards, and cheetahs in their natural habitat.

Serengeti National Park is world-renowned for its thriving predator population and breathtaking landscapes. Keep an eye out for the iconic Serengeti kopjes large granite boulders rising from the plains, offering shelter to diverse wildlife and serving as perfect lookout spots for big cats.

After a day filled with thrilling wildlife encounters, you’ll begin your journey toward Mto wa Mbu, where you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner and a relaxing overnight stay at your accommodation.

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

After breakfast, you’ll depart for Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its tree-climbing lions and vibrant flocks of flamingos along the lakeshore. Though relatively small at 205 square miles, the park is incredibly scenic and rich in biodiversity.

Explore its lush acacia forests filled with giant fig and mahogany trees, home to troops of baboons and playful blue monkeys. The shallow alkaline lake dominates much of the park and fluctuates with the seasons, attracting thousands of flamingos during the rainy months.

In addition to birdlife, you may spot giraffes, elephants, impalas, hippos, and other wildlife during your game drive.

After a memorable morning, you'll head back to Arusha and be transferred to the airport for your departure, marking the end of your unforgettable Tanzanian safari.
