At 8 a.m. after breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from the hotel and drive you to Tarangire National Park (around 2 hours of drive) There, you’ll see lots of animals. You’ll stay overnight at Africa safari Karatu. They’ll provide meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
Tarangire is a big park, about 3,000 square kilometers. It’s famous for its elephants and huge baobab trees. The park gets its name from the Tarangire River that flows through it. The best time to visit is during the dry season, from June to November. That’s when lots of animals gather around the river, making it just as exciting as the Serengeti. Tarangire has about 2,000 elephants and 500 different kinds of birds.

Today’s drive takes you to the famous Serengeti National Park, Depart early morning for a transfer to serengeti national park through Ngorongoro crater. Game drive in the central part of the Serengeti. home of the great wildebeest migration. This exciting drive up the highlands provides a spectacular birds eye view of the Ngorongoro Crater. As you crest the hillside, as far as the eyes can see, the vast expanse of the 6,900 sq miles (18,000 sq km) Serengeti is spread out before you. Serengeti, defined as “endless plains” in Kiswahili, is inhabited by more than two million large mammals including more than a million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of plains zebra, and Thomson’s gazelle. Large predators including lions, cheetahs, and hyenas are drawn to the area by the abundance of prey that migrates throughout the park.

Early morning game drive and after depart to Ngorongoro Conservation area. We will stopover at Olduvai Gorge, which boasts a history dating back to the dawn of time. It was here, that the anthropologists Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of ‘Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handy Man’, both very significant links in the chain of human evolution Late afternoon transfer to Ngorongoro where you will have dinner and overnight
Start your day by a search of nocturnal predators returning from their night’s hunting or animals waking up in the early dawn. Breakfast boxes will be prepared, and you will take a brief stop for a bush breakfast to enjoy the sunrise. Next, your drive will continue to Grumeti River searching for the migration, look for prides of lions, cheetahs and leopards, all in abundance in the Serengeti. You will learn the history of the park as we pass by the information centre in the Seronera area, before returning to your lodge for a relaxed lunch and cold drinks.

On this day, you’ll explore the renowned Ngorongoro Crater with a full day dedicated to a game drive. Enjoy lunch near Hippo contuining game drive later in the afternoon drive back Arusha.
The Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania is like a big bowl made by a volcano. It’s special because lots of animals live there, such as Rhino, lions, elephants, buffalos, and more. There’s also a lake called Lake Magadi where you can see flamingos and other birds. People called the Maasai also live there, making it a unique place with both animals and culture. You can stand on the edge of the crater and see everything below, and the views are really amazing.
