En route, stop for a hot lunch at Mai Mahiu while enjoying the scenic views of the Rift Valley. Arrive in Nakuru in the late afternoon and check in at the Waterbuck Hotel, where a delicious dinner and a relaxing overnight stay await.

After a relaxed breakfast at the lodge, take in the peaceful surroundings before departing for nearby Lake Naivasha. You’ll arrive in time for lunch, with a little time to unwind before heading out for your afternoon excursions.

Later in the day, explore Hell’s Gate National Park and Crescent Island—two of the Great Rift Valley’s hidden gems. Hell’s Gate features dramatic cliffs, gorges, and open landscapes. Crescent Island, situated on a peninsula in Lake Naivasha, offers a unique opportunity to see zebras, giraffes, and other animals in a stunning lakeside setting.

For an extra adventure, you may opt for a one-hour boat ride on Lake Naivasha at an additional cost. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.
