Arrival at Amboseli National Park

Enjoy the scenic drive of about 3 hours to Amboseli National Park. The last 100km will be through open savannah grasslands inhabited by wildlife especially Giraffes and Zebras. After lunch and some rest, head out for a 2-hour afternoon game drive in a shared 4x4 land Cruiser. There will be plenty to see all round. Amboseli National Park is the best place to see large herds of elephants up close with a breathtaking backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. You will be able to spot other wild animals too, including Buffaloes, Lions, Leopards probable perched on a tree and Zebra roaming free in their natural habitat. Bird watchers will love the abundance of birds especially around the marshes.

Amboseli National Park

After an early breakfast, you will go on a morning game drive. Pick up from where you left the previous day and explore the expansive park rich in wildlife and landscapes. Seeing sunrise above a herd of elephants is a memorable experience. Spot other animals like Gazelles and Buffalos. An icing on the cake is to spot Leopards and Lions on the hunt. Birds lovers will not be disappointed either. The drive will last about 2 hours, after which you will return to the lodge for lunch and some rest. Explore the park in the late afternoon drive. Head back to the lodge for dinner and soiree by a campfire before retiring to bed.

Departure from Amboseli National Park to Nairobi
