Zanzibar - Serengeti National Park

You will take a domestic flight from Zanzibar Airport to Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival at Seronera airstrip, your guide will meet you and take you on an exciting game drive, with a picnic lunch along the way. In the evening, you will return to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Northern Tanzania, covers about 15,000 square kilometers. It is home to over 2 million herbivores, 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and around 500 bird species. During the dry season, you'll witness large herds of wildebeest and zebras migrating. North Serengeti also has abundant resident wildlife, including lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, crocodiles, and the rare oribi antelope.

The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest caldera, formed 2-3 million years ago by a massive explosion. Its floor, at 1,800 meters (5,900 feet) above sea level, is home to about 30,000 animals and a variety of bird species, making it one of the most unique and biodiverse locations on Earth.
