Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

At 7:00 am, after an early morning breakfast, you'll drive to Narok town via Mai-Mahiu. You will travel across the bread basket of Kenya, covered with acres of Wheat and Barley, before you reach the Masai Mara National Reserve in time for lunch. Following lunch and a siesta. At 4:00 pm, you will proceed for the evening game drive returning to the lodge as the sun sets. Masai Mara is famously known for its variety of animals i.e. lions, elephants, buffalos, zebras, gazelles, antelopes, ostriches, warthogs, cheetahs, among other animals. Your dinner and overnight stay will be on a full board basis (FB) at Enchoro Wildlife Camp(Approximately 320km).

This will be full days spent exploring the park in search of the Big Five. Morning and afternoon game drives are offered.

The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalos, leopards, many kinds of antelopes, and elephants. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebras from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savannah —lions, cheetahs, wild dogs, jackals, hyenas, and vultures.

At 7:30 am, after a morning breakfast, you will depart for a full-day game drive with your picnic lunch boxes. You will explore the Masai Mara National Reserve and also visit the Mara River which nearly borders Kenya and Tanzania. Here, you'll have a chance to see crocodiles. You will have the better part of the day to spot more animals like the lions, cheetahs, and elephants, and if lucky spot the leopard and black rhino which are the rare animals to see. You will have an opportunity to have your lunch under a tree in the plain savannah surrounded by zebras and gazelles. After lunch, you will return to the camp with a game drive en route arriving at the lodge by 4:00 pm. You'll have dinner and an overnight stay.
