Malaria Risk
Malaria is high-risk throughout the country except in high-altitude areas over 2,000m/6,500ft, including Nairobi, Nairobi National Park, Laikipia Plateau and Mt Kenya. Most safari parks are high-risk zones. The highest risk of transmission is during the rainy season from October to May. See the websites below for more detailed advice.
