The best wildlife safari experience of all time. Cool weather and amazing sceneries.
Kenya has so many national parks to choose from. From the world famous Masai Mara National Park to the Nairobi national park and the Tsavo national park. I loved the experience and the warmth of the people.

Living in Canada, we really appreciated the cultural values of this awesome country, and felt extremely safe and comfortable, but of course all credit has to go to Odyssey Safaris for providing us with 2 awesome guides/drivers and very nice jeeps. The terrain is a little rough but hey, you are on the great Rift Valley and there is nothing to compare the scenery to it. Wildlife EVERYWHERE! It's too bad that people have got the wrong impression of Africa as a whole due to the Ebola crisis, but do your due diligence, last time I checked, there was not one case of Ebola in Kenya. Regarding the terrorists attacks, well, you might as well stay locked in your bedroom if you live in fear!! Certainly not encouraging you to go to Libya, Iraq, Syria or other NORTH AFRICAN countries, but terrorists attacks happen right in our back yard in Canada and the US, so, don't stop this from going on a Safari to Kenya, it has to be on everyone's bucket list.

Kenya is the most amazing country I've ever been too. The Kenyan people are the most welcoming, generous, and kind people I have ever met. The beauty of Kenya is incredible. Western Kenya is so green and rural. Southern Kenya has vast landscapes. Kenya has so many different landscapes. I would recommend visiting Kenya to everyone!

Kenya is the original safari destination. Although in some ways it is more rugged than some of its counterparts in southern africa, it provides a unique cultural experience and vibe from the mixture of central african & bantu culture, with its swahili influence from the coastal regions. Furthermore, from decades of experience in the tourism industry & a popular safari destination from since British occupation, Kenya has developed an enormous range of options for Safari from basic to premium luxury. Knowledgeable guides are excited to showcase the natural beauty of the country as long as you get a reputable one. Don't skimp on the guide, they are one of the most important aspects of your safari experience. Karibu Kenya!

I would definitely rate Kenya as a top Safari destination as the Mara has so much to offer such as an abundance of wildlife and the ability to get up close, picturesque landscapes, excellent accommodation options, fantastic food and guides who hold the Mara in their heart and love what they do. Another great thing about the Mara is that they have rangers out after dark to protect the animals from poachers, great work.
