A country of contrasts
We spent 15 days in Kenya, where 6 of them were on a safari. We had an amazing holdiday. We must admit that 6 days of safari was enough - maybe 5 would be perfect. All the driving is exhausting, I'm not gonna lie. Otherelse we slept in both budget hostels and luxurious hotels, and we really got to see the contrasts in this beautiful country. We stayed outside of Nairobi for the first night, and then went to three different national parks. We then spent a few days in Nairobi, some time i Mombasa, and then a few days at Diani beach. This was perfect for us, and we feel like we got to experience al ot of culture, but also some relaxing in the end. We will probably not go back to Kenya, just because we feel like we have experienced so much there, and there are other places we want to visit, but we will recommend everyone who hasn't been there to go.

Absolutely amazing, stunning and colorful!
Kenya was absolutely amazing, stunning and colorful. There are no words to describe Africa and the animals. Seeing all the animals on the Masi Mari was incredible and the African people were polite, gracious and friendly. Our African safari lodges were lovely, clean and spacious, and the food was plentiful and tasty. It's an experience you cannot get anywhere else.

Trip of a Lifetime!
We did a one-week safari with Nashibe Tours. Amazing sightings of lions, giraffes, zebras and many more animals. Accommodations were authentic - like glamping in Canada. Felt safe, weather was good. Highly recommend Kenya for safari.

Could not have been better!
Our experience in Kenya was very short, but perfect. We arrived in Nairobi on a Wednesday and departed on a Friday evening. While here we stayed at the Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge which was very comfortable and had great food options, even for vegetarians. The beauty and wildlife in the park was simple amazing. We did not experience anything else in Kenya due to our time constraints.

A Gem and a Paradise
A piece of heaven on earth with enhanced natural beauty. It is very mesmerising seeing all the natural beauty in Kenya especially the game parks and the beaches along the coast are unbeleivable with the best resorts along.

Zebra and giraffe paradise
I had so much fun and really enjoyed all the animals and birds that Kenya had to offer. Had an amazing tour guide and it was just such a wonderful experience. I would say to go there at least once if you are able to.
Absolutely incredible trip. Stunning landscape, majestic animals, lovely people and vibe.
Kenya is a beautiful country with so much variety. We did a safari to Masai Mara, Lake Nukuru and Amboseli. Each park offered different landscapes and experiences and different animals to spot.
We also visited Diani beach which was true paradise and I can't fault. Stunning white sandy beach on a beautiful turquoise sea. Think Zanzibar but without the pricetag.
October was a great time to visit, we had amazing weather. Dry and really comfortable for the safari and beautiful and warm at the beach. The Masai mara was quite green and we saw a lot of baby animals which was lovely. We also amazingly saw the migration which I thought we were too late to see.
We visited a Masai village on our tour which was fascinating. I believe there are many other tribes and cultures to explore.
The people are absolutely delightful, so friendly and helpful. When you break down on the road for example (I don't think this is uncommon) Hakuna Matata, no worries, strangers will stop and help one another and everything gets sorted.
We never felt unsafe but were mostly in tourist areas. However, as with anywhere, as long as you have your wits about you and are sensible with your belongings it's probably fine.
We visited a children's home one morning which was a great experience to see culture and life outside the tourist spots and support the community. We took notebooks and pens which they love for school and some games and bubbles. A lot of these homes rely on donations so I felt it was very important to visit. Recommend to research and check with your hotels for good ones that don't exploit donations.
Overall I absolutely LOVED Kenya and whilst we said it was a once in a lifetime trip... I will 100% be going back sometime.
