My July trip 2015
I have been on safari many times, but this has been my best safari vacation ever.
Since I am particularly interested in elephants and lions, However, for a "first timer" the Serengeti National park is beautiful and the landscape is absolutely stunning
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
If anybody indicates lions and elephants as their main interest. then advice them to go to Serengeti and Ngorongoro However, I understand that my own concerns about off-road driving have influenced the decision to go to both Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater.. Cheers to Northern Masailand Safaris

We had no troubles in Kenya in terms of our stay, food or safety. The people are courteous and friendly. We came to spot the "Big Five" and in 7 days we managed to see all the five!

As a travel agent for Travel Leaders in Plymouth Michigan, I've had the good fortune to be able to travel extensively, and Kenya is the most magical place I've been. I can't wait to send others to this amazing destination.

Great service from Bushtroop safaris
Hello Everyone,
We just came back from Kenya and would like to share our experience.
We did 3 days/2 nights safari in Masaai Mara organised by Bushtroop Safaris. Jacqueline, the Sales Manager, was super helpful and responded to all our queries prior to booking our trip and also she looked after us once we landed in Kenya from the beginning to the very end. Our safari driver Isaac was knowledgeable and had a lot of experience.
We stayed in Lenchada Tourist Camp, situated just outside the Park gates. Safe, clean, surroundings very well kept with pleasant staff. Each tent has a bathroom and shower with hot water included inside as well as a double bed if required. Food was also tasty (if you have any special requirements you can notify the camp and they try their best to accommodate it). Drinking water is normally supplied by the Safari Agent but in case you run out, there is a bar (beer costs Kes250). In my opinion Lenchada has a higher standard than Enchoro Wildlife Camp that I stayed in last time I went to Mara.
One of the highlights for me was falling asleep in the tent being surrounded by the nature that comes alive at night, hearing all the animals outside is very special.
Our safari included a pick up from the airport, drive to Mara with the lunch on the way, photo stop at Great Rift Valley, afternoon game drive in the Park, all day game drive the next day (7am – 4:30pm), time at our leisure or optional Masaai Mara village tour, morning game drive on the last day, all meals and water while on safari and drop off at Nairobi or airport,
We saw a lot of animals including zebras, antelopes, elephants, lions and 02 beautiful families of cheetahs. We even witnessed the attempt of hunting. Truly amazing.
We definitely recommend the Bushtroop Safaris as they are very reliable and affordable. They have delivered all what they have promised and made our safari very memorable. Thank you.
Best regards

Kenya has some of the greatest bird diversity in Africa, and it was a wild place to visit. In some respects, bird and mammal diversity is restricted to the large parks, or at least the regularly birded destinations. We tried to visit places off the beaten path, but we had a hard time stopping on the side of the road without attracting a scene. The human population is blosoming, and the countryside and many parks are suffering from people trying to support their families. If you stick to your itinerary with a tour group, you'll be exposed to some of the best parks Kenya has to offer.

Scenic beauty and bush vibe suffered a bit from the Nairobi skyline visible throughout much of the Park.

My third trip there and for me it is the ONLY place I would consider. Not only for the wildlife but for the wonderful people we met along the way. And the lifetime friends I have now.

This was our first safari so it is difficult to speak with any genuine authority. That said, from our experiences, Kenya appears to have a decent infrastructure to cater to a wide range of safari travellers. Security was a concern, but we never felt threatened during our stay.
