The African skies were amazing a contrast to Malawi
I spent 3 nights in the Masa Mara between volunteering in Malawi and Kenya. It was an amazing interlude between the 2 countries and we had 2 excellent guides and drivers. It's possible to see some fantastic game without spending a fortune by staying outside the park boundary. This is not luxury but more than adequate with ample food and some timed internet. The scenery was amazing.

Amazing trip!
Loved the trip that we took. I had some reservations about doing a safari in November, fearing the weather would be wet but actually it was great. There were bursts of rain each day but it didn't really interfere with our game drives our ability to see animals.

Active and vibrant
The safari tour is too expensive and the animals in the nature reserve are not that exciting. The road is dirty and too many people on the way are selling stuff in a forceful way.

Beautiful
Kenya is a beauty, it's national parks especially Amboseli and Masai Mara are a must visit. Nairobi is a big city and reminded me of an Indian city.

AMAZING!!! If you love animals, this is for you!
Safari was amazing in Masai Mara national park. Nairobi national park offers a good more convenient option if you are in Nairobi but it´s quite pricy. The food in Kenya was AMAZING--everywhere we went. Nairobi is a very modern city and is quite pricy.

Great wildlife
Masai mara is really good for spotting animals and wildlife. You can drive up close to the animals. You can see at least four of the 5 big animals (leopard as tough to spot). The other national parks across the country are really wonderful for viewing wildlife and birds. The weather in Kenya isn't too hot either.

Kenya is an absolute dream come true!
Kenya is an absolute dream come true! Everyone should try to go on safari in the Masai Mara, it was a once in a lifetime trip. I was so impressed with the variety of wildlife we were able to see in only 3 full days. It was clear we were not disturbing the animals, as they were just going about their normal business. Going off-peak season meant there were fewer people in the park, but we managed to see all the big five and more. We went on a safari booked through Ramja Safaris who were really responsive, answered all our questions and accommodated our requests, and the guide they recommended was excellent.
