Wildlife on safari top - nationalparc fees flop !!

Our safari in Kenya was very varied and fantastic. The safari company African Hartebeest booked according to our wishes and delivered what it promised. I can definitely recommend this small company. The website safaribookings is very helpful for finding the right agency.
The national park fees are outrageously high, which is why I probably won't be coming back to Kenya. The beach hotel (Severin Sea Lodge) was also very pleasant. Quiet location, good food, friendly staff. Everything was great.
The beach is anything but beautiful.
Lots of seaweed that isn't removed from the beach makes it difficult to feel comfortable.
The beach boys are as annoying as they were 20 years ago.
Outside the complex, the area is also unattractive.

The game drives, seeing the mass variety of animals, was amazing.

We loved the game drives as we saw many animals. The scenery was also amazing! The weather was perfect, not too warm or cold, and it rained a little only one day. The Lenchada Tourist camp n Masai Mara was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the food was only fair. Buraha Zenoni Hotel and Resort in Nakuru City was very comfortable and offered a great dinner buffet with lots of food variety.

vast and wonderful

Kenya is an incredible destination for wildlife, mountains, valleys and human interest. The sky is enormous, vast, uncrowded and beautiful. The animals were plentiful, we didn't expect to see giraffes, zebra & gazelles on the side of the road like other countries might have cows or chickens. We went to Amboseli, saw Kilimanjaro, stunning at both dawn and dusk, the East African Rift Valley (my personal favourite part of the trip), volcanoes, lakes, islands, and national parks of course. The people were friendly and helpful, the country felt safe and the weather was perfect in November, neither too hot nor too cold.

A truly magical place!

We had an amazing family trip to Kenya and were incredibly impressed with Pallid Safaris from start to finish. Caroline handled our booking and helped tailor the itinerary perfectly for our family’s needs. Everything ran smoothly, and our guide, Lee, was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and always attentive.

Our first stop was Amboseli, where we stayed in the family tent at Kibo Safari Camp. The location was excellent, with beautiful views and easy access to the park. We loved watching elephants against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro—such a memorable experience.

We then spent one night at Lake Naivasha and visited Crescent Island. Walking alongside giraffes, zebras, and other wildlife (with no vehicles) was a highlight for all of us and something we highly recommend.

Our final destination was the Masai Mara for three nights. The game drives were fantastic, and the sunrise hot air balloon ride was truly unforgettable—definitely
Read more a bucket-list moment for the whole family.

Overall, this was an exceptional trip. Kenya is a stunning destination, and Pallid Safaris made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend them for anyone planning a safari adventure.

Extraordinary in terms of natural wildlife and scenic beauty

I've visited Masai Mara, Nakuru, Hells Gate, Naivasha and Amboselli and best safari experience I've had was in the first two (10/10, exceeded any expectations). Others were fun and Kilimanjaro is definitely worth seeing in Amboseli. Ukunda and the Indian ocean shores were fine, but not that unique as national parks. One thing worth mentioning when traveling to Kenya is that local people will desperately try to convince you to buy something or help them in some way. They are kind and friendly, but while visiting country and roaming in public areas expect constant attention.

Wildlife with Beauty

Kenya as a country is just beauty with beasts.
The wildlife is mind blowing for adults to kids.
The scenic view of Mt Kilimanjaro or beaches of Diani can't be expressed in words.
Hospitality was to an extent which no one would imagine.
One needs to visit to feel it.

Awesome Kenya City, Beach, & safari family holiday

Our family holiday was just AWESOME. Our La Maison hotel in Nairobi was great, our visits to the Sheldrick elephant orphanage and the giraffe sanctuary in Nairobi was just magical. Whilst in Nairobi, we had a meal at the brilliant Carnivore BBQ restaurant in Wilson, We would fly from Cyprus just for a meal here.
We then did a three day two night safari with Limitless Safaris Kenya, again which were awesome. We flew with Air Kenya from Nairobi/Wilson down to the Masai Mara. What a wonderful airline with all air and ground staff very friendly and welcoming. Our accommodation in the Masai Mara was the Mara Leisure Camp and again the camp was just amazing. Friendly staff nice cabins & superb food. Our game driver Ben was just amazing, his knowledge & experience in the reserve again was just awesome. From here we flew back to Wilson with a connection to Mombasa from Nairobi Int. Our all inclusive hotel, the Neptune Village spa Resort in Diana was just amazing. We then flew back
Read more to Nairobi Int on Jambo Air for our B.A connection to London with our transfer to larnaca, Cyprus. All our ground transportation was done by William Nderitu of Tours & Travel, Airport transfers. William looked after all our ground transportation needs in Nairobi. We would recommend his services if needed. Thank-You Kenya, cannot wait until our next visit...

We had a great time in Kenya with visiting Nairobi, Masai Mara and Diani Beach.
Especially the Masai Mara trip with our great guide Fred arranged by Dominic was a fantastic experience. We did not manage to see all big five, but having 9 lions resting in the shade was something we never imagined would happen…
Then seeing the ugly 5 was a fantastic treat fully making up for missing the rhino and leopard. Then we topped it all of with a balloon ride over Masai Mara that was brilliant!

Magical experience

We visited Masai Mara, Amboseli, Naivasha and Tsavo parks - we saw the big 5 on our first day on the Mara!
Amboseli was dusty but the elephants were magnificent. If you go the Naivasha be sure to take a boat trip and if time Joy Adamsons centre (we didnt have time for Elsa unfortunately). We also visited Diani beach for a few days of well earned rest at the end of the trip - those safar massages in the jeeps are not all they're cracked out to be! A trip of a life time with an excellent planner and superb driver. Dont hesitate to book
