This was my fourth visit to wonderful Kenya because it is such an amazing, brilliant country. Safari is an experience not to be missed and the beaches too are wonderful. While you visit all fantastic attractions in Kenya you are so warmly greeted by people who are genuinely warm and welcoming and give great insight into their culture. We always felt safe and relaxed in this fabulous country, the weather is perfect for visitors. Our local Kenyan travel provider was Rightchoice Safaris and they were superb with our tour, animal viewing and accommodation. I highly recommend Kenya for memories to live in your heart and mind forever !

Great safari trip with Spirit of Kenya

Travelled from Nairobi to Ol Pejeta, Lake Navaisha, Masai Mara then on to the coast. Excellent safari trip, very pleased we went to all the places since you cannot see everything in one park. You have to travel. Spirit of Kenya excellent: on time, very knowledgeable about the parks, wildlife and where to go. Accommodations were excellent and some of the best food we have ever had at the Mara Bush Camp. All people we met were enthusiastic, welcoming and went out of hteir way to make our holiday complete. Thank you all!

Kenya has some wonderful scenery. Especially in the Masai Mara, the views are endless and unforgettable. Sightings of animals are common, I was able to spot cheetahs, lions, giraffes, elephants, and many zebras. In lake Nakuru they have a large rhino population. I managed to see some white rhinos from close by. The quality of tourism accommodations and services in general, is very high. I booked my tour with Africa Marvel Tours, I very much recommend booking with them. I did a solo trip, and would also recommend that.

Amazing experience in the nationals parks, we saw a lot of wildlife and learn through our guide jimmi from lenchada tours a lot about kenyan culture and biodiversity. The tours are all very similar in all agencies and the tours and places where we stay as accommodation had all requirements and good food in all of them and some have even pool to enjoy. I didn't feel unsafe in nairobi however always be cautious as every big city and when you go to shop people will always try to sell you something so be mindfull as they initially offer an elevate price but this can be negotiable in all places. I went in july so the weather was great as was chill in the morning and not very hot in afternoon. In general was a great experience recomended for solo travellers or in family. You will definitely enjoy just always keep your guide about your itinerary as when you take share tours people may have different ones.

We had a very good time in our safari. We went in Ambosoli and viewed lots of animals and the lodge (Elewana Tortillis) was a very good place to be. In Masai Mara we stayed in Emboo River Camp who's the best place we had in this safari. They have a very good sustainable concept with their own energy production, rational use of water for their garden and recovery of kitchen waste to produce biogas. In the Masai Mara we also had the chance to see wild animals up close, including a cheetah that hunted a tompson gazelle. During our five-day safari, we saw elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, hippos, lions, crocodiles, a cheetah and many other wild animals and birds. We highly recommend Betty and Amos for organising a safari. It's the first time we've had such a warm welcome. Their driver Ruben and their French guide Ezechiel also accompanied us very warmly during our stay. Thank you for the perfect organisation!

A beautiful country with amazing scenery. I went with my family and it was an eye opening experience for the whole family. I think after this trip we respect nature more and other cultures.

As a whole, Kenya was an incredible experience. Everyone we met, from strangers to lodge workers, was very friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond. Driving through the parks was a surreal experience and we felt fortunate to be there and witness the animals in their element as well as just the amazing landscapes. We never felt unsafe at all, just welcomed. Highly recommend.

Very friendly people and beautiful/different landscape with fantastic variety of wild animals

We stayed 2 days in Nairobi (National Museum, ...) and did a 8 days game drive to 5 National Parks, excellent organized by Leopard Orchid Safaris with Patrick, a very good driver and with excellent knowledge of Parks and animals. We experienced very friendly people all over the country, a beautiful but also very different landscape and a fantastic variety of wild animals. Including some extraordinary adventures like stuck in a waterhole or "fighting" with an adult male baboon for bread ;-) - we got definitely more than expected. Our stay in different lodges was also to our absolutely satisfaction, including delicious meals. We would recommend to stay overnight at Amboseli and Lake Nakuru also inside the Park to have more time for the game drive. In total, an outstanding experience and fantastic holidays.

Very well organised, incredibly safe, with the expert help of professional personal tour guide makes the trip even better than what we had imagined.

Right Choice Safaris shows you not only the amazing scenery and beautiful wildlife, but also the equally important true side of Kenya, while driving up and down the country with a different sight each day.

Would recommend to anyone, but especially to first time safari-goers - their experience and expertise allows you to focus only on the trip and make you feel like the center of attention.

Great Trip

It was an easy flight from Addis to Nairobi where I caught an afternoon ride to the Sankara Hotel. I had a pleasant evening and was met promptly at 7:00am as promised. The 5 hour ride to the camp just outside the Masai Mara Reserve went smoothly and included vistas of the Rift Valley and a couple of opportunities to do some shopping.

The camp was welcoming and the room generous and comfortable. The only surprise was the hot water bottle at the foot of my bed, which I thought was a small animal!

The afternoon included a stop at a Masai village where, for $30, you could get a tour of their homes and see some dancing. It was a fine experience, but I would have preferred not to have been given a tour of their wares with the expectation of a purchase at the end.

The ride to the game park was only interrupted by a gaggle of women animatedly selling their wares with calls of “Jambo, Hello! All for $10!” As I awaited my driver paying the entrance fee.

The park was amazing! I was able to see Zebra, Giraffes, and Water Buffalo within minutes of entering. The next two days were equally exciting as we saw Cheetah, lions, Hippos, Topi, Hyenas, Impala, Elephants, a Leopard, and many birds. The only one of the Big Five I didn’t see was a Rhino.

Overall, it was a great trip and made even greater by my guide, with his eagle eyes and kind demeanor, Charles.
