Fantastic National Parks - a one in a lifetime experience!
I went to Masai Mara (3 days / 2 nights) and the wildlife and natural scenery is simply amazing! I can warmly recommend Masai Mara to everyone.
Some of our group just stayed one night, but this was too short as you cannot drive deep in the national park and miss seeing lions, hippos etc.
I would also recommend to take at least mid-range accommodation, my lodge was spendid but the budget accommodation was not really trustworthy and comfortable (especially when traveling alone).

Amazing Trip !
Highly recommend!
My safari in Kenya was way beyond my expectations. I have been able to see the big 5 (elephants, rhino, leopard, lions, hippos) and a lot of other animals such as girafes, zebras, snakes... even though it was not the tourist season. The people from "Go East Africa Safari" were really helpful and professional. From the moment I booked the safari, Martha was in contact with me to help planning everything (visa, vaccines...) and they arranged pick up at the airport to the hotel and same on the way back. The guide we had during the safari was a very good driver, knowledgeable and was always making sure we had a wonderful time (on the lookout for animals, getting closer to animals to have a good view...).
Food and accommodation were truly amazing as well ! We had a mix between campsites and hotels and it was a very authentic experience.
In terms of places:
- Hell's Gate first which is a place where there are no predators so you can cycle/walk around for 1-2hours and just appreciate being close to animals such as giraffes, zebras, buffalos without being in a car
- Masai Mara after where we saw a lot of animals (cheetahs, lions, leopard, elephants, hyenas, vultures, "pumbas"...)
- Lake Nevasha where it is also possible to walk around animals without predators, see some flamingos, hippos, eagles on the lake
- Lake Nakuru which is the main spot for flamingos and rhinos
- Amboseli was maybe the disappointed part due to the drought that happened so lot of animal carcasses but you can still see a lot of animals. I would suggest doing Amboseli after the rainy season. Nevertheless it is a must-do as you have an amazing view from the kilimanjaro (possible to do a small walk at the bottom of it) and you will be staying at a very nice campsite very close to the reserve.
All in all, it was a truly amazing experience. Don't forget to check out Nairobi (masai market, national museum, local restaurant, bar and shop).

It was an Excellent Experience.
In addition to the wildlife (The Big Five and many more), I have seen sights that will remain fixed in my mind: the snowy crown of Mt Kilimanjaro; swamps that stretch across the countryside as far as the eye could see; huge expanses of grassy plains and thorn bushlands; lush oases, the spectacular ‘Shetani Lava’ flows; forests of gorgeous beauty; and of course, the mighty ‘Mara River’.
Accommodations were clean, comfortable and perfectly ready for me. The food was great and the people were amazing.
I had an excellent time.

Amazing country, from city, to coast, to safari...
We had an amazing time in Nairobi, but the highlight was the coast, at Watamu, and safari (with Tazama African Holidays). We would recommend a stay at the Kobe Suite Resort in Watamu. Amazing place right on the beach. Brilliant rooms, service and location. We went on safari to the Maasai Mara and stayed at the Entim Mara camp. We paid a bit more, but well worth it - such an awesome location. Antony, our driver, was incredible and we saw just about everything possible over two days. Loved it all in Kenya.

Kenya is a land of warm smiles and sizzling sun.
We would like to recommend this wonderful tour of Tsavo East. Communication was a challenge for us but the operator surmounted all the obstacles and managed to keep us informed prior to the trip. All the logistics flowed smoothly. Our driver/guide was a personable fellow who made us feel safe both among the 4-wheeled beasts on the highway and the 4-legged beasts in the park. We had been told that Tsavo East might not provide as rich a viewing experience as other more extensive excursions, but we were delighted by the many animals Katana was able to locate. Seeing these fellow creatures in their natural habitat is an unforgettable experience. We are so grateful to have found an excursion that met our budgetary constraints and that in every other way exceeded our expectations.

Safari in Maasai Mara
We booked out trip through Rustic Africa Safari. Excelent service and follow up from our first email, and out driver and guide, Steven, made our trip unforgettable. He was friendly and service minded and had the knowledge of culture and animals that made it easy for us to enjoy our trip. Kenya and Maasai Mara was really beautiful. We saw a lot of animals and the landscape was wonderful. We would love to visit Maasai Mara again.

Journey to the grasslands
One of the best places to experience wildlife up close in their natural habitat plus the grasslands give us an added advantage to spot them more easily than other country national parks.
We had booked our trip with Safari Gates and they did an overall good job from the start but coordination was a little amiss between the driver and the main team.
However, the trip was fulfilling which was the main thing. We visited three parks, Amboseli, Nakuru, and Masai Mara over 6 days. The best experience was Masai Mara where we were lucky enough to witness a hunt by a pack of lions. Landscape-wise, Nakuru was stunning with the beautiful lake spreading across the park with flamingos dotting the shores.
The whole experience left me wanting more, to plan a future visit soon.
