Incredible wildlife
Wildlife, scenery was amazing. The way of life is quite different in Kenya compared to North America, infrastructure often not great but manageable. Food was a lot of fresh fruits and veggies, less meat. Not very much variety in cooking. The people are always nice and helpful (and always selling some souvenir haha), and many people spoke some English which was helpful. Also it is pretty cheap to live/eat/travel in Kenya. I recommend going there for safari and some cultural exploring.

Safari in Kenya is a Perfect experience with Safaribookings.com and Buymoreadventures travel agency.
Kenya is a wonderful country and safaris was highlight of our tour. We saw may animals in Masai Mara, in Amboseli, in Nakuru and in Naivasha. We made Thomson falls and equator tour they were great too. So i thank to buymoreadventures for their great organisation. Ms.Nadzua Matara is a perfect planner and adviser. Everything was on time and very smooth by her organisation. Our transportation was great too. Charles from buymoreadventures is a perfect driver and guide, he showed many animals to us in Amboseli and in Nakuru and we always felt safe with him. Our other driver guide Ben was perfect person too, and we saw many animals in Masai Mara with him. We were lucky, Weather was so nice for safari, our accomodations was good too, tent camps were good, food was good. I advise all my friends to go to Kenya and i advise them to take their tours with buymoreadventures. Thanks to all staff of buymoreadventures agency and also Kenyan people, they are always friendly and nice. And i want to thank safaribookings.com, because i found the agency by them.

Westernized Africa
You can't beat the wildlife and scenery of a safari, that's for sure and it's worth every buck. However, it did feel heavily commercialized and not very authentic in terms of the people and the vibe. It's the first safari I ever take and my views could be exclusive to Kenya, Amboseli NP or the company I chose (which was very good by the way), but to me it felt artificial in a Disney-like manner. Please don't get me wrong: I stayed perhaps in the best hotels I've ever stayed and got some of the best customer service; the guide and all the staff were always trying to please us and make us happy. Maybe this was the problem ... it felt like Cancun, Miami or anything else but Africa, a standardized and westernized vision and feel of tourism. If what you are looking for is to get to know Africa's epic wildlife with international comfort then a safari is your best choice, but if you want to discover a new culture, then make a change of plans or balance your trip with something else. We also went to Ethiopia and while the comfort standard was light years away from Kenya, the social-cultural component of that part of the trip was much more genuine and memorable. In terms of wildlife, orangutan trekking in Borneo or walking among gellada baboons in Ethiopia feel much more authentic, although not as impressive as what a safari reserve can offer. I think it's a matter of what your profile is and the expectations you have. Again, my only safari experience is in one reserve in Kenya and things could be very different in other places, I don't know but I doubt it. Personally I would take a safari again (tampering my expectations) if I was traveling to Africa on a longer trip. I would never plan a trip exclusively for a safari.

Awesome nature
I had 7 day safari in Masai Mara, Naivasha, Nakuru and Amboseli. I did´n spend time in towns, but I loved the nature. Wildlife and scenery was awesome. It was dry in march, but there was also some green. Other time (after rain season) there would be greener. I saw a lot of animals and beautiful places even it was low-season.
People were friendly and the food was good. The accommodations had a good and friendly service. Our guide was exellent.
Our safari group was very lucky. We saw leopard, big group of elephants (about 300) on the way to "Amboseli spa", clear Kilimanjaro for two days, lions at close and 6 lions in Amboseli. I enjoyed everything I saw. Because of my great experience, I´m planning a new trip to Kenya.
However, I noticed that there are a lot of debris along the way. I therefore hope that the waste bins will be added. Sometimes it was difficult for me to find garbage containers because I don't want to waste the environment.

Wonderful experience
I took a 3-day safari with two other people. .Benson, our driver, was knowledgeable and friendly. He was patient about helping us get pictures, and he was great at finding game for us to view and photograph. We were able to see a great variety of game and got some wonderful photos. The Land Rover was fairly comfortable, and the fact that the top raised up helped us get better views. We stayed at the Ashnil Mara Camp, which was very comfortable and had very good food. We took the optional hot air balloon ride, which was well worth it. In preparation for the safari, we had a lot of questions, and Levis from Hallmark always answered them promptly. All three of us loved the whole experience.

Absolutely fabulous. Good for the soul!
Kenya is a beautiful country. Everything from the scenery to the diversity of landscapes. Most of all the Kenyans make this a must visit destination. They are warm welcoming and want to help.
Our safari was incredible. The accommodation at the Entim Mara was beautiful. Our safari guide was so knowledgeable. The space, the silence and experience of seeing wildlife on the Mara plains is unique.
It was an amazing experience
Our guide was amazing, felt welcomed and safe. Be sure to bring bug spray and portable battery. Make sure to have some cash to buy beautiful jewelry from the massai community markets

AN UNFORGETTABLE AND AMAZING EXPERIENCE
If you are hasitating in visiting Kenya on february, do not do it! The weather is perfect, not to hot, with no rain. We could see the big five in the fisrt day, and a lot of other animals. The Masai Mara is wonderful, with great sightseeings, it is not to crowded. All the hotels are really great, the service is impecable, you can see everyone with a smile in their faces. Our tour was wonderful beginning with our guide, that has a lot of experience, always taking care of us, the transport is quite good, we had the car for ourselves. The food is very good.
