Incredible lifetime experience!
We had a great 7 day Big Game safari with Boundless Africa Journeys. Our rep Annette was extremely organized and thorough with our itinerary. Upon our arrival in Nairobi she was also most kind and helpful with a half day short notice tour ahead of our safari start. This is where we met Enock, our guide. He is the guide extraordinare, punctual, organized, knowledgeable with excellent driving skills. We completed seeing both the Big Five and the Samburu Special Five with credit to Enock . Top marks to BAJ for this trip of a lifetime !

Better than expected adventure of a lifetime
The ride was a bit long and rough. If you can afford it, fly in to the reserve. The wildlife was fantastic we saw every animal except a leopard. Accommodations were quite comfortable, and we never encountered any mosquitoes. Food was excellent. Weather was perfect, cool, not chilly, and clear. We have a baboon climb into the land cruiser and begin to help himself to some food, which was a little frightening, but very cool also.

Beyond all of my expectations
My niece and I planned a 3 day safari to Masai-Mara for the final week of October followed by a trip to Lamu Island for 3 days on the beach and exploring the town. We were so pleased with our amazing booking agent Paula who thought thru every detail such as flights and airport transfers between various airports. We could turn our minds down and open our hearts to relax and take everything in.
There was so much to take in! The animals on the safari were all having their babies at this time of year, lucky for us, so we could take in family groups with ease. The wildebeests were finishing their migrations so that was gorgeous to see how they organized themselves. Our guide on the safari went above and beyond to track a wide variety of animals and each day we found ourselves saying "how can it get any better than this?" only to be surprised at how it would always did!
The most special were all the hearts of the Kenyans we met, truly warm and big and kind. We were made to feel so welcome. In fact, that word "Welcome" was said to us many many times and it was felt deeply by us. Kenya is in our hearts and we hope to return to see more of this great country!

Perfect
We stayed as a group of 12 at the Ilkeliani Camp in the Maasai Mara. I have stayed at these facilities multiple time. Everything was perfect from start to end. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. From the lodging to the amazing food, as for a the safari drivers they were very knowledgeable of the wildlife and always did their best to get us the best views as possible. I would diffenately recommend this trip.
I would like to come back!!!
Everything was in excellent level! I wish Kenyan people to continue care of their nature, it is in the best condition in the world as it is virgin.
Animals are amazing but don't use BIGMAC Safaris
Nothing can beat the wildlife of Kenya, however we had the WORST tour guide, John and would not recommend BigMac safaris or John as a guide. He rarely spoke to us and quite honestly barely acknowledged us. He put us in danger by driving insane speeds on the roads and with broken seat belts. He was on his phone ALL of the time, if not talking then texting and looked like we were bothering him anytime we asked a question. He was frequently late for us sometimes at the expense of us missing meals. Go with another company, ANY OTHER company has to be better. He only spoke to us at the end when he wanted to explain to us what a good guide he was and if we didn't believe him we should "check trip advisor".

Excellent service, great experience!
Robert and Edward were very professional in all aspects of preparing and conducting our safari. No doubt, I would recommend this company to anyone considering taking part in such a great experience. Thank you, guys.

Best Safari Ever
This was about our 14th safari in Kenya. It was by far the best one ever. African Paradise Safaris planned our safari. We stayed at Fisi Camp...our driver, Esa, was superior. He went extra miles to find spectacular game. John Peter was the organizer for APS...he even allowed us to hire a car and driver at a reasonable rate for the two days we were in Nairobi. Fisi camp was tented camping that was not luxury but had a toilet and shower and that is exactly what we wanted. The camp hosts were helpful and friendly. Meals were good and casual. A fantastime was had by all of us.
