Professionalism of the Tour Guide
Overall experience from the tour agency, the reply on pre-sales is in advance. They patiently designed the all needs and wants of the customers. But the experience during the safari with our tour guide+ driver, I think the professionalism will need to improve, they are always late, I can understand the traffic issue in the cities, but as a driver you will need to know the prediction and arrive earlier to keep the customer satisfy. Due to our late reservation, we did not manage to book a nearer safari hotel in masai mara, thus we not able to got the chance to go on the center of mara triangle, suggest the tour agency if so, please arrange the tour to enter to deep middle of the safari earlier, but not keep taking round at the outside area.

Exceptional Safari Experience with Brian & Carol
Thank you Kameraz of Afrika, From start to finish, every aspect of the journey was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed, leaving my family with pleasent memories from Hotel Stay in Narobi or staff of Mara Serena Safari Lodge, who took exceptional the care for elderly guest and even the highly courtesius knoweldgeable guides.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend Kameraz of Afrika highly enough for anyone seeking an unforgettable safari experience. Their attention to detail, personalized service, and commitment to sustainability set them apart as a premier safari agent.

Booked us an excellent safari but communication during the trip itself could be improved
Booked an andbeyond safari with kameraz of afrika and had an amazing time overall. They charged a fair price, and communication in the planning stage was great.
My only complaint is that approaching the trip and during the trip the communication was much worse.
For example, they booked us a driver but didnt give us any details on the day of like a name, vehicle, eta, etc. We also had a change in our airline company last minute that neither us or the driver was aware of until we got to the airport and had to drive to another terminal. Finally, there was severe flooding that might have impacted our safari if it was a few days earlier but we didnt get any clear or detailed updates from them, and I had to reach out to our camp directly to get details.
Overall they did a fair job and i wouldnt let those minor communication issues deter someone from booking with them for a good itinerary at a good price!

Amazing Safari
We had the pleasure of spending four nights and five days with Sammy as our guide and driver.
He was extremely punctual picking us up from our hotel in Nairobi. He filled us in on everything we were going to be doing and how the safari was going to pan out.
We had a fantastic time touring all the spots listed in our itinerary. The safaris far exceeded our expectations. We mentioned to Sammy that we had done a previous safari in Kruger but didn’t see any rhinos and only one lion. He told us that he will make sure we get to see both rhinos and lions. Well, he certainly delivered on those!
Sammy was very knowledgeable about the area and the animals that frequented certain locales making sure we got the opportunity to see everything there was to see.
With being on a private tour, we were able to stop whenever necessary so my husband could take photos. This was a nice touch.
All of our accommodations were top notch. We certainly felt we were living the dream.
I would highly recommend Kameraz of Africa.

The top guide was very polite and always eager to help. He was explaining us everything regarding the animals and the nature. All the hotels in the package were above expectations and the trip well organised. I would come back in Kenya and book again with Kameraz of Afrika

Once in a lifetime experience!
We had an amazing trip with Kameraz. We covered a tremendous amount of ground and saw all of the big cats and Kenya animals — and our guide was incredibly knowledgeable.
For a future trip, we might break up the trip and include a portion in Zanzibar or otherwise at the beach. Our 12 year old loved the trip but could have used some beach time. That was on us as the trip planners — so not at all a criticism of Kameraz.
All said, the locations (tents + lodges in 5 different spots) were incredible and the trip was definitely worthy as a “bucket list” vacation !!!

A most delightful experience!
Kameraz of Afrika were exceptional from the moment we first communicated. Carol was extremely responsive and helpful in designing a suitable itinerary at a competitive price. Brian was very helpful with the logistics and payment plans. Geoffrey was exceedingly knowledgeable of the various kenyan parks and made the trip incredibly memorable. This was our 2nd Safari in Kenya and we will certainly be using them again upon our next visit to the country and to Tanzania. I highly recommend them!

Amazing experience for everyone.
We went with my girlfriend for the 8-day option and everything from the pickup service to the airport all the way to the drop off was excellent! Our guide Sammy was very knowledgeable about all the animals and really went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. We were very lucky with seeing even the more elusive animals, like leopard (twice!) and a cheetah. Of course we understood that they were wild animals and roamed around huge areas, so it made the sights even more special. We opted for the more expensive version of the safari and all the accommodations were really great and so was the food! We were delighted to see that there was plenty of vegetarian options all the time, this is not always given. We really enjoyed the luxury tents in Ol Pejeta and Masai Mara locations. This really was a fantastic trip for us, one that we will never forget!

Kameraz of Afrika is responsive and easy to work with.
I wholeheartedly recommend Kameraz of Afrika for a safari experience. We picked one of their luxury options, and the accommodations were the nicest places that we have ever stayed. Our safari guide was experienced and we had a front row seat to animal hunts. We saw so much in a short period of time.
