Easy and profesional
Our booking process was with Wayne. He made everything so easy for us, since the first moment he gave us different options and always with nice advice, we did everything online the payment process was safe and fast, and everything was coordinate without problem, great transport logistics, the hotel super lovely exactly what we had asked for, and the safari was magic!!!! We are totally going to come back, and we will contact Wayne again! Really happy.

It was the best Safari Experience ever, the company was always attentive to our needs. We had to change our plans and ended up staying an additional night, they were the best at making all the changes including transportation back to Joburg!

Wayne assisted to organise the most amazing safari experience. It was very smooth. Wayne was very responsive within an hour you’ll get a response for any questions you have. We dealt with him via email and then whatsapp while we were there. This is a very trustworthy operator. You will be taken care of, customer service is flawless!!

Wonderful experience and very friendly hospitality
For sure the safari was Amazing, we saw lots of animals.
But the hospitality was the key of our experience, we couldn’t believe how well we were treated.
The tent was very comfortable, the food delicious and the information provided by ours guides was 10/10!

Recently returned from a captivating 4-day safari, and I must express that it was truly an exceptional experience! The staff was remarkably friendly and supportive. Wayne helped me book a 5-day safari at the Kapama River Lodge. He was extremely professional and responsive. And, he made the booking process easy. It is without hesitation that I recommend Wayne at The Kruger Safari Co.
I must also say that safari at Kapama River Lodge was outstanding. Five out of five stars. Our guides, Godsave and Penny, were exceptional. We were lucky to see all of the big five (multiple times) as well as several of the small five and ugly five.
