They deserve many customers
These guys are simply the best. They amazed us almost in everything during our safari. We contacted them directly through their website and they customized our tour which was just wow! awesome. They took us to Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Manyara where we were able to see all big five animals. I can still remember the hyena's voices like laughing at us like we were strangers in the Serengeti haa! We spent all nights inside the parks and we felt like we were back to home (nature). Their guide Isa was the best. This man deserve a tour guide golden medal. He is extensively and intensively knowledgeable in this field and i wish he could be a teacher to other guides. Our guide ISSA has made our holiday x10 better as he was very professional, very friendly, and always made sure that we would have a big smile on our face during the safari experience. ISSA went out of his way to make sure that we will see the big 5 in the national parks utilizing his extensive knowledge, and long career experience in the wildlife.

Really helpful staff from start to finish.
It is a lifetime experience that we will cherish for the rest of our lives for sure. They were very helpful from start to finish. I cannot not mention the guide we had. ISSA is a great guide with a lot of experience. He makes the holiday especially the safari 10 times better ! What a wonderful experience! Nuhu and Winfrida from the office have been of a great help whilst planning our holiday to Tanzania and Zanzibar! They were very informative and planned everything to our expectations and beyond! They corresponded via emails with me in a very short time after requesting information. To top everything, they deployed Issa as our guide for the Safari experience and the two day town tour, which was exceptional! Issa was very kind to us, made sure we were comfortable and made his utmost to make our Safari experience an incredible one. All staff at Ozon light tours were always very helpful. Issa is the best guide one could have! We could not have asked for a better guide. He took care of us at all times and made sure we are safe. He always tried his best to make our dreams come true during the game drive altough sometimes it was out of his control. He is very kind, responsible and knowlegeable. Amazing Safari Experience!
We had an amazing 9-day 8-night safari experience with Ozon Light Tours. The office (Winnie, Nuhu and Witness) is very professional and always quick in responding to us since we start communicating the fee quote. Their quote is also the most reasonable after comparing with the other ~ five agents we spoke to, and such a great value for money. We are really happy we decided to go with them.
Our tour guide Silva is also super friendly and wonderful; throughout the trip, he worked very hard to make sure we have everything we need. He is very knowledgeably in not only the landscape and the wildlife of the Tanzania national parks but also the history and culture of this great country. We started our trip from Tarangire park, then spent four days at Serengeti (where we saw so many lions, leopards and also cheetahs!), followed by Olduvai Gorge, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara. We came during the last week of May, which is the end of the rain season. It was always sunny during our trip and we enjoyed Serengeti and the Crater the most, so definitely recommend visiting these two areas.
They can also arrange all sorts of special activities if you’d like; we did night game drive and walking safari, which were both wonderful experiences.

The amazing Team that meet your expectations
It's an amazing and exciting experience. We spent several happy days in Tanzania with Ozon Light Tours and we saw almost all the big five animals that we expected. We saw many special things like flamingos, rhinoceroses, lion cubs, lion mating, and so on
Appreciate the hard working by our travling guider Issa. He is an excellent and charming man made the trip more interesting who is very professional and responsibility. He is doing well in finding animals and have a lot of knowledge about the behavior of the different animals. He is so nice and invited us to eat the local dishes which were very delicious. We will choose this operator for our next safari.

I found this company on safari booking and booked with them, they are the best
On searching for our vacation in Tanzania and Zanzibar, we red Ozon reviews on safari bookings and trusted them to plan our vacation, we were the group of 11 students from United states. They planed the perfect safari for us at affordable budget that was within our limit. If i can be honest, we contacted 5 operators but Ozon gave us the best price considering the size of our group. The game drive were the best, we saw so many animals than we expected and the guide was clever to get us closer to nature with safety being a priority. We really enjoyed our safari with Ozon and due to their service, we have convinced our 8 other friends to go with them on their vacation the coming December. The Zanzibar experience was also the best. If i can advice, ask them to plan for a midrange safari for 1 day in Tarangire, at least 2 days in Serengeti, 1 day in Ngorongoro and half day for the Masai culture. You can also add 3 days in Zanzibar if is within your time limit and budget. The experience is just amazing.

Excellent Job and I highly recommend!!
We had a great time with Ozon Light Tours. Winnie, who helped us with booking, was quick to respond and knew a lot. Albert, our guide, did a great job showing us around and getting us close to lots of animals. He also told us interesting things about the animals. Even though we had some issues with the hotel, Ozon Light Tours took care of it well. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip!

The experience in Tanzania and Kenya was great
We booked 12 days safari in Tanzania and Kenya with Ozon to Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Amboseli, MT Kilimanjaro and Masai Mara. The organization and the execution was good, the transfer s from Nairobi to Arusha and back to Kenya through Isebania border was smooth. The company implemented everything as planed and we were able to see all big five animals. Their tour guide was much experienced and the could spot the animal locations easily. We couldn't demand more than what they delivered as all our expectations were surpassed. Actually their team in office and field comprise of young folks who have enough energy and capabilities to handle your safari expectations from booking to safari itself.
