It’s helpful and experienced
I have spent excellent 8 days in this dream Kenya safari. Sandra is very enthusiastic and helpful, Duke is very patient, my baggage has been left behind in Cairo airport, and they helped me take my baggage from Nairobi airport and sent it to Maasai mara. The guide is experienced, I have seen almost all the animals I want to see before coming here. They make the journey perfect!

Adventurous and very professional
We went on a 7-day safari from Nairobi to Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha and Amboseli, to finish off in Diani. What an unforgettable adventure it was!!! Starting with the unique nature and the absolute beauty of the wildlife, and finishing with the terrific guide Brian who’s experience, sense of humour and kindness greatly facilitated our satisfaction, and ended up as a top highlight of our trip to Kenya. Friendly, patient and professional
It was a great trip and many thanks to Sandra and her team for the careful arrangement and warm reception.
I am a girl traveling around the world alone, and Africa is my last stop, so I chose the travel agency very carefully. I saw Sandra on the website and communicated with her through email. She answered all my questions very patiently and enthusiastically, so it only took 5 days from inquiry to payment. In addition, every day during the trip, she cared about my safety situation and the travel experience of the day on WhatsApp, and timely gave corresponding help to ensure that I was better taken care of. During this six-day trip, I visited the Masai Mara National Park, Nakuru Park, Amboseli National Park, saw lions, cheetahs, elephants, rhinos, flamingos, etc., and made many new friends, such as Sean from Canada, Gina from the UK, and especially my two driver friends, Albert and Zachary. I will not forget the time we spent together.
If I ever have the opportunity to visit Kenya, I would choose Sandra again and wish her and her team all the best in the future.

The best agency for a safari
From the very beginning until the very end it has been wonderful.
Sandra has been in touch with us all the time, informing and helping about everything before/during and after the safari.
We did 6 days and 5 nights: Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli. We loved it.
We want to thank our master Driver and guide Richard who looked after us too during the 6 days safari.

Responsive and kind
Sandra and her team were eager to please and very responsive to any concern I might have on my 7-day group joining budget safari.
While there we a few hiccups here and there, they were quickly resolved with swift communication by Sandra and even upgrades when necessary. I received a daily message on Whatsapp asking me how were things going and whether anything needed to be taken care of, which I really appreciated.
Of course one must understand the differences between budget, mid-range and luxury safaris and adjust their expectations accordingly, so if you are unsure feel free to ask Sandra to explain in more detail and offer options according to your needs, wants and resources.
Masai Mara and Amboseli are once in a lifetime experiences, and Lake Nakuru, Lake Navaisha and Hell's Gate are well worth a visit. 7 days is a little long to be travelling and going on game drives every day, so if I were to do it again I would probably break it up in a few shorter trips with some time to rest in the middle.
All that being said, I am pleased with the service I received from Dosasha travel and would recommend them.

Excellent, trustworthy and goes above and beyond to serve the client better
From day one, Sandra at Dosasha made the reservation process simple, suggesting various options at a range of prices. We wanted a private safari and to also extend our stay in the Maasai Mara by an extra day and this was all quickly and efficiently arranged. On arrival in Nairobi, one of our suitcases had been lost by the airline and again, although it was by no means their responsibility, Dosasha helped enormously in arranging to have the case picked up from a local airstrip in the middle of the Maasai Mara! And as for the safari itself, we cannot speak more highly of James, our driver who is one of the most conscientious and really genuine people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. We were not lucky with the weather but James sought out hard to find animals in some harsh conditions and was extremely patient while we took endless photographs! He made suggestions for a few very reasonably priced additional excursions which were a wonderful surprise and a complete delight to experience. Our family is a mix of Spanish and English people and James' English is perfect and has pretty good Spanish too! We hope to return again one day and will definitely use Dosasha Safaris again. Thanks to your whole team.
