Unforgettable Safari with Mercy Africa Serengeti Adventures – Highly Recommended!
From start to finish, my safari with Mercy Africa Serengeti Adventures was an exceptional experience. The communication was seamless, with prompt and detailed responses during the booking process, ensuring that everything was tailored perfectly to my needs. The team was professional, reliable, and truly went above and beyond to make this trip special.
The real highlight was our incredible guide, Mike—simply the best! His deep knowledge, enthusiasm, and keen eye for spotting wildlife made every moment unforgettable. Thanks to him, we saw lions, elephants, buffalo, and even a rhino up close. Visiting both the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater was a dream come true, with breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable wildlife encounters.
The accommodations were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch, making it excellent value for money. Everything ran smoothly, and I always felt well taken care of. A special thank you to Benaiah, Mike, and Carlson for their outstanding hospitality and expertise.

Professional and thoughtful, they make every journey unforgettable
An Unforgettable Safari Experience!
The 7-day Safari itinerary was exceptionally well-planned, especially the team’s recommendation to replace Lake Manyara with the Wildlife experience. This allowed us to get up close with lions, giraffes, and zebras—a unique and unforgettable experience, even though it was just for an hour!
The airport pickup service was also very thoughtful. A staff member (unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name) arrived on time and took us directly to the hotel without any extra charges—truly hassle-free and professional.
Our driver and guide, Jackson, was outstanding. His knowledge of the animals and their habitats helped us spot almost all the wildlife we hoped to see, including many adorable babies. The only slight disappointment was the elusive leopard, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience.
Additionally, the chef deserves special mention! Every meal was incredibly generous, with a variety of delicious dishes—so much that we couldn’t finish it all. It was the perfect complement to our adventure-filled days.
In summary, this Safari experience was flawless. Thank you to the entire team for creating such wonderful memories. We can’t wait to return!

Very good organisation
We did the 5-day safari, Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Manyana, traveling as a family, from 4 to 76 years old, and it was a great experience for everyone. The trip was excellently organized. Good accommodations, especially surprising and beautiful, the overnight stay in the Safari Heaven Camp. I have rarely experienced so much hospitality and not so much luxury in the bush either. Mike, our guide, took us to all the animals we could see, endless numbers. He served us every day a good lunch. He is very likeable, smart, a great driver, we liked him from the first moment.
We thank Mike and Benaiah, how orgenized it all.

Amazing Experience at a great price
Benaiah and the agency were very helpful throughout our booking and during the safari. We really had a wonderful experience, for a much lower price than other agencies.
One thing to improve (but I think it's the same for all agencies as they are only intermediaries and we are mixed in the car) but the hotels are sometimes very far from each other, you can take up to 1-2h to drop everyone off each evening.
On the agency side, it would be really great to think about this point in more detail for group safaris.
On the client side, I really recommend a private tour if you can afford it.
As mentioned above, and as many agencies are only intermediaries, I strongly recommend Mercy Africa as you'll have the same experience as with other companies with almost 30% off.

Incredible experience with amazing people
Highly recommend. Absolutely surreal and incredible experience. We had a 4 day trip and went to Tarangeri, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. We saw everything! We watched a pride of lions hunting warthog. We saw a hyena eat a zebra. We saw elephants walk by us only meters away. We saw a rhino 300m from us which we could make out with binoculars. The lunches were filling and nutritious. Jackson, our driver and guide, was exceptional at giving us what we wanted. We had plenty of time to take it all in and see it all at the same time. 4 days was a good time to see everything but could have done 5 or 6 days total to really take our time.

Trustworthy well organized tour operator
This four-day safari was a unique experience for us. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. We were picked up on time at our hotel in Zanzibar. All flights were booked and our German-speaking guide Elias and his driver were already waiting for us in the Serengeti. Elias explained everything to us well and we learned and saw so many interesting things. Individual requests were always taken into account.
Every lunchtime we received freshly cooked, very tasty meals at a lovingly set table, so no simple lunch boxes.
We can recommend this safari and therefore also the organizer in all respects.

Wonderful experience!
Overall just a really great experience!
The organization via Brenda was excellent, she adjusted the tour to our needs and was always just a text away taking care of us.
We were particularly satisfied with the choice of driver/guide who did everything in his power to make this an unforgettable journey for us, going above and beyond by solving every little issue we had during the four days.
Also the little details, like having fresh cooked meals with silverware and a tablecloth instead of the much used lunchboxes made all the difference for us.
We had three overnight stays and 2 of the three accommodations were absolutely wonderful (especially the Matawi tent camp lodge in the Serengeti!).
Going on safari in Tanzania is exhausting, awesome, „bone-rattling“ and astounding - and we wouldnt have missed it for the world. We definitely recommend!

unforgettable
Unforgettable safari experience with Mercy Africa serengeti Adventures.
We had a good communication with Brenda from this company who planned our safari from the first day of arrival to the last day and everything went as we planned.
We booked our 4 days safari in Tanzania visiting Lake Manyara National park, serengeti national Park and ngorongoro crater and everything was superb.
Our guide saidi he is very experienced guide with alot of knowledge, drive well and he knew where we go to see animals. We were able to see Big five and many other animals.
They booked excellent accommodation both lodges and camps. The meals were good always they provide hot lunch.
We highly recommend this safari tour and this come to everyone who want to travel to Tanzania.

Great time
Had a completely wonderful safari with out guide Godson. Up close with so many animals -- really more than I could have possibly imagined. Families of elephants, lions, and cheetah brothers were a highlight but there are amazing animals round every corner and the scenery in both the Serengeti and Ngorogoro is breathtaking. Camping is basic but very convenient that added to the adventure -- there were lions right on the edge of our site. Great food and jeep was really comfortable. Materuni falls were also spectacular and the coffee ceremony was jokes. Benaiah and other agency folks were very helpful and transfers, pick up, hotels etc very smooth. Would recommend!
