Very reliable, making my trip to Africa both worry-free and enjoyable.
We had a wonderful five days. Our guide, Philip, adjusted the itinerary slightly according to our requests. He is very experienced and familiar with the terrain and routes, allowing us to see all the animals we wanted, many of which he spotted first. He was also very attentive to our needs, and the hotels he chose were excellent in terms of value for money. When we were taking photos, he even helped us find the best angles, which resulted in some truly satisfying shots.

Very friendly and actively responding.
Communication for all the process was very smooth before and after booking and during the trip. The safari was well organized including hotels, routes, meals, tickets. Our driver and guide was very professional to where we can find the animals and told us many information and stories along the trip. The driving was safe and service was excellent which is the key value.
