Amazing tour with a great team!
I had an amazing tour in Mount Kenya with Mountain Hiking Venture. Our contact Emmah was very responsive, we communicated via WhatsApp. She organized the pick up in my hotel, transfer to Nanyuki by a shared shuttle (we had to wait until the shuttle is full before leaving, an African's experience!) and then the meeting with my guide Sam and his team (cooker+porter) at Nanyuki. Everything went very well. The food was great (vegetables, meat, fresh fruits, diverse meal). The landscape and the vegetation are amazing! I had my own tent ready at each camp. I took an extra day to acclimate to the altitude, which is also en excuse to stay longer and enjoy the mountain. I strongly recommend!

Great Safari experience on a budget
The value for money is really outstanding with mountain hiking adventures. Dot the organization and communication was really really smooth and our driver Alex was really motivated to show us as many animals as possible during the Safari. Everyone was very kind. The accommodation and the food were rather simple however, that was to be expected. Everyone was traveling on a budget. This is the perfect organization to choose.
Exceptional really well-organized mountain hiking trip
I recently enjoyed a fantastic mountain hiking trip in Mount Kenya National Park. The organization was top-notch! Thanks to a great guide Daniel and an amazing outdoor chef Patrick. The guide's friendliness and expertise made the hike rewarding, while the meals prepared by the chef were a delightful surprise. Flawless organization! Highly recommended!

Great guide and best 5 days route to Mt Kenya
Honestly I was hesitant to take the challenge not being the most fit 60years old man.. but so glad I did it, thanks to Daniel and his great team. The 5 days trip going up through Chogoria route and back via Sirimon. While very attentive for the good pace and altitude acclimatisation, Daniel made the very good change of plan with reaching the top one day earlier (4th day) and with a step over in Moses camp on way back.. both due to weather forecast and breaking the decent.. very wise choice. Very friendly team with Kim, Sam, John, Mo, and the amazing cook Patrick who made wonders at 4200 under the rain… not to forget Emma , always ready to help… warm thanks for such one lifetime experience!

Unforgettable experience in Kenya
The trip was amazing with breathtaking views and animals. The tour operator, Emma, was supportive and helpful. She managed my booking and everything smoothly. Lenchada camp in Masai Mara was a good option to stay and the food was delicious. The best is our guide, Dickson. He is fully-equipped with the knowledge of safari, animals' nature and behaviour. We learned a lot about the animals from him.

A professional company with reasonable price and great staff!
We are a group of six and booked the driver and the guide through the operator. The communication was on WhatsApp and Emmah always responds fast. It is very reliable expect that they will only let you know the drive on the day of the trip due to the dynamics of safari bookings. The price is very reasonable and the tour guide is professional, knowledgeable and considerate.

Amazing in all possible ways
Mt Kenya hike was definitely the highlight of my Kenya trip(so much more fun than safari haha). The view is simply insane. Every couple kilometers you will venture into a new alpine terrain and sample the distinct vegetations, animals and views of Mt Kenya there. Daniel and his crew was the best alpine team one can hope for. They not only helped me make it through the hike when my knee was slightly injured, cooked the best outdoor meals I have ever had, they also taught me so much about the mountains, its eco-system, helped me spot the different species of monkeys and plantations, and the local cultures that they grew up in. I would definitely come back and hike Mt Kenya again with Daniel, and I think you all should too.

It was everything I wished for!
It was a great experience! Daniel made sure we arrived safe in Nanyuki and the start of the tour! Our team was amazing! The food was delicious and also our tour guide Sam did a great job! It was also easily possible to clarify some questions! So I would definetely recommend taking a tour with them!

Professional experience at a great price!
Three of us booked the seven-day safari. Although we had an initial itinerary change to match up with a six-day group, we saw all the parks on our plan. Our driver, Edward, was super polite and knowledgeable. Most of all, he's a talented driver, which is necessary in this experience because roads and trails can be unforgiving to a vehicle. Edward is a great communicator with other drivers and people at the camps/hotels. He was able to find all the major animals, and we encountered some amazing scenes of lions, elephants and rhinos. I don't feel like we missed anything at all. The camps were nicer stays than some of the hotels. We enjoyed the closer proximity to nature. You are also taken to a lot of roadside pit stops for bathroom and coffee breaks. Finally, the food was good overall. Each site offers similar eats, but they are tasty and portions were plentiful. Definitely recommend this company. Emmah was very accessible for any questions we had as well.

Fantastic trip!
That was an unforgettable safari! We are moved by the wild animals in Masai Mara, lakes and Amboseli… and around our camps! I’d like to give a biiiiiig hug to our guide Ben. Thanks to his profession and good driving skills, we have a nice trip with all the amazing views and animals. He is humorous, brave, patient and verrrry trustworthy. I will miss him and Africa all the rest of my life. Looking forward to coming back some day!
