Unforgettable experience
We visited 4 national parks in 4 days and it was indescribable. Both the organizer Emanuel and our driver Charles were well organized and knew everything very well. We saw a lots of beautiful animals and great nature and spend our night in very nice accommodations. Simply high recommended

To be trusted and care taking
We were very happy about the service, especially the speed of the communication, we had a fantastic 5days trip and are still impressed by what we saw. We had a very experienced calm guide who made everybody comfortable. Lodges were nice with very good service.

Professional and reliable
From the start to the end our expirience was good. Everything that they promised they fulfilled. Staff was reliable and kind. Our driver Emanuel was amazing. He was always in a good mood and with a lot of knowlage about animals and national parks. He answered all of our questions, was very interesting to listen to and he stopped whenever we wanted to take pictures. Cook was amazing as well. He made tasty meals that were always different.

A well organized and truly unique and amazing experience.
To start of the service was great. Everything was well organized and the schedule was thought of thoroughly. The people from the company but also from the overnight stays were extremely attentive, friendly and considerate. You had enough time to enjoy any moment and still take pictures. They were also able to teach us a lot of the language and about every animal we saw.
The tour was as dreamed. We saw a lot of different animals up close in different landscapes, the guide was able to provide answers to our questions and he put in a lot of thought and effort so we would be able to see a lot up close and that we overall enjoyed the tour.
To sum it up the service couldn’t have been better. Communication was upheld the entire time if you needed something, everyone around us was reliable to be on time and have everything.

Unforgettable safari trip
We passed through the Ngorongoro volcano and stopped at many washroom camps. Then we entered the Serengeti and saw lions not far away. They were very close. 🦁 We walked towards our direction and were almost close to the car. Then! An antelope was approaching, and the lion immediately hid in a prone position, and then quickly pounced. Although it looked like a child's play to me, it was really a matter of life and death for the antelope. However, the lion failed to hunt in the end. Most amazing experience
Clearly, a once in a lifetime experience! We were picked up from the airport, the driver was super sweet, we met the owner Emanuel, who explained us everything and then brought to a nice hotel very central in Arusha. Next morning our fantastic guide Luttiba Ndemera picked us up and the adventure started. Luttiba went above and beyond to make our Safari the best possible experience! He is a fantastic driver, answered all our questions, was in a super good mood and took really, really well care of us! We saw so many different animals thanks to him! He knew just where to go, we even saw a leopard and lions hunting! The food was really good, too and the tents were much more comfy than I expected because they even had small mattresses! You can even charge your phone in the car! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great value, communication and tour guide
We went on a four day four Park safari with crater explorers after being recommended by friends who had gone on their honeymoon.
Communication with emanuel was second to none, he would reply at any time of day.. I'm not sure if he sleeps! He managed to sort out some belongings we had left at one lodge and bring it to our next stop to prevent a detour and time away from safari.
Our tour guide Charles was terrific. With over two decades of experience we could tell he knew his stuff as soon as we met him. With the right balance of being informative without being scripted or overbearing, as well as driving around a good and safe pace with our three year old. If I went again I would definitely want charles to take be my guide. His English was also superb and my son loved him.
However, the stay in the serengeti was a let down with our 'upgrade' from the tented Lodge was really not upto par and if I went again I would definitely want to choose better accommodation even if the cost was slightly more.
However, as as the other stays were above expectation I felt the tour was excellent value for money overall.

The best experience ever!
The whole experience was indescribable and unforgettable. Everything from start to finish was excellent, we wouldn't change a thing. We stayed in lodges and they were all exceptional, with delicious food and friendly staff. Chef Emanuel cooked excellently for our lunches. But I would like to praise our guide and driver Charles the most, who was like a “father” to our shared group. He took really good care of us and we felt safe and comfortable with him. All praise to the whole company Crater Explorers because they were very reliable and reachable for our questions!
