The best operator for the safari
My wife and I wanted to do safari on our honeymoon and we chose « King Mufasa expéditions » to do 2 days trip to visit Tarangire and nhorongoro parks.
We were in good hand, the experience beyond the expected ! The pick up from hotels was in time, the explanations very clear about the program during the excursion. And on the top of all that the kindness of every member of the team Mufasa. Definitely recommend this agency

King Mufasa Expeditions is very reliable, good organized and well experienced!
We booked the safari very spontaneously. Communication with the organizer worked very well throughout, responses were always quick and friendly and the team was always helpful. We were able to adapt the safari to our wishes and, for example, book hotel/camp alternatives. When we arrived in the Serengeti, the vehicle was already prepared for us and our guide Calvin welcomed us. Calvin is a very pleasant, friendly and funny guide. We had a very nice time together! He was always attentive to give us interesting information about animals, landscape and culture. Above all, he was very motivated to show us all the animals that the Serengeti has to offer! We had an unforgettable time thanks to Calvin - thanks to him we saw the big 5! Throughout the whole trip the King Mufasa Team stayed in contact with us. We felt very secure and in good hands!

I would like to thank Davis for this great experience. We booked a 4 days safari for our family trip and the result has been a wonderful and unforgettable experience. A Dream Safari
It’s always been my dream to witness a river crossing and see wildlife up close, and I am so grateful that King Mufasa Expeditions and our amazing guide Omary made it happen! A special thanks to Omary, who not only helped us spot various animals, predict their movements, and find the best spots for photos but also provided detailed explanations of their behavior and characteristics. His excellent driving skills and cheerful personality were a huge plus on this journey. Additional thanks to our Hadza and Datoga tribes tour guide, Rama, who helped us connect with the locals and gave us detailed insights into their life and culture. Best Holiday Experience Ever!!!
It was our 10th wedding anniversary we found King Mufasa Expeditions through Safaribooking.com.
I liaised with the company regarding the details of the trip and at every step of the way they went above and beyond to make our experience special.
We booked a 2 day safari flying from, and back to Zanzibar. On arrival in Arusha airport we were greeted by them. The tyre covers at the back of the 4x4 were personalised with a lovely picture of us and anniversary message.
Our driver and safari guide Manfred made us feel more than welcome. He was knowledgeable of all the animals and an amazing driver. He even became our personal photographer a few times on the trip!
The whole trip was organised amazingly with no hiccups, even though we had a flat tire on safari the 2nd day which Manfred had no issue fixing it.
The accommodation (Escarpment Luxury Lodge) was lovely, from the room, to the view of lake manyara from the main building. We also was given a uniquely African anniversary celebration at dinner, it was the highlight of our stay.
Only issue was the flight back to Zanzibar with Precision Air. The flight was delayed by an over an hour with no information on the boards. Had to ask the attendants for more information a few times receiving little info. They served nuts to passengers on the plane and my wife has a mild nut allergy she had a slight reaction of hives.
I would suggest asking not to use Precision Air if you are booking this safari. Flightlink & Air Tanzania are better airlines. The safari experience itself an 11 out of 10 overall!

Fantastic safari
My safari was truly spectacular. Aneth did a fantastic job organizing everything. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to her meticulous arrangements. The highlight of the safari was definitely the descent into the crater; the views were nothing short of spectacular. We were lucky enough to see a cheetah up close during one of our game drives. Although it was 2-day trip, it was packed with memorable experiences.
