Epic - Big 5 ticked off
From the 1st contact Emile, was helpful and help us choose what was good for us, and especially have two young boys it was key to keep them involved. We had several game drives and managed to see a different animal on each occasion, and eventually saw the parks big 5, truly amazing.

You could not ask for a better guide than Emile!
We were connected to Lion Safaris through a conference and the Rwanda visitors' bureau, but really hit the jackpot with our guide Emile. He contacted us before we arrived to let us know what to expect and to provide some tips for our safari. He arrived early and was driving an awesome safari vehicle with a pop-up top. On the drive to Akagera National Park from Kigali, Emile told us all about Rwanda's history and culture and answered all the questions we had along the way. He was very familiar with the park, as he was previously a park ranger, and knew exactly where to take us to see the animals on our wish list. We had an amazing day enjoying the beauty of Rwanda! Emile was very accommodating, as I took lots of photos, and our safari included a nice lunch in the park. It was a perfect experience, and I would absolutely recommend booking with Lion Safaris!

Best guide in Rwanda
Highly professional and well organised tour from Lion Safaris and Emille our guide. Emille dealt with us for months in advance while we planned our Gorilla Trekking tour. Never skipped a beat throughout the entire tour and always aligned every recommendation according to the budget proposed. Couldn’t recommend Emille and Lion Safaris enough!
