Excellent Customer Services.
Well, I have to say that I have some reservations about booking a trip on line at times, BUT everything worked out perfectly with Global Connect Travel and Tours. With polite and timely correspondence to all the of the concerns I had, thanks to Grace and Lucy, I decided to engage their services and I can confidently say they're the real deal. With Professional and friendly drivers, clean and comfortable cars, passionate, educational and engaging Tour Guides, pocket-friendly packages that doesn't substitute quality services, My family had wonderful times in our recent Maasai Mara Tour. game drive was so fun!
Game drive was so fun.The driver worked very well and cleared big5. But the driver couldn't manage guest's schedule . Because all guests had their own schedule and we had to waste so long time because of connecting other guest .
My schedule was 4 days,but activity was almost 2 days.
We should wait for the car long time ,because there was no seat to go back to Nairobi.

Very helpful and pleasant

Excellent service!
Lucy and Grace had been very attentive in providing tour package suitable for my need. As a solo traveler, I find their tour package is competitive and value for money compared to other similar offers from other travel agents. Lucy and Grace were very responsive to all my questions and queries via email and this helped me a lot when I arranged my trip from outside Kenya. The hotel choice was also suitable and satisfying to my needs. The fact that during the trip they are always readily available and responsive to my queries via email was another plus point I like from this travel agent. I would recommend people to consult their travel plans in Kenya with them.

Fast, efficient and reliable.
I gave the company a brief on what I was envisioning for my birthday trip. They got back to me with various options within my budget. They did a really great Itinerary.
