Good service, good attitude, prompt response, very experienced guide
Our guide Julius is very experienced. He can see animals at a distance without looking through binoculars. He can accurately judge whether the animals will continue to hunt and cross the river, and will not let us waste time waiting.

Good service - Need followup
Very good service overall, need some fine tuning though
Positive:
1) The admin was handled very nicely and friendly, also after reaching there it was good (Faraja)
2) The driver was good ( was very experienced and good ), although English was not good was able to handle fully, and there was a car issue and was handled well
3) The places of stay was very good and effective, ( some last minute changes were handled well )
Need improvment:
1) First day we reached at 8am and they missed to book the hotel and had to wait 2h at reception after travelling 20h flight to get to the room
2) Last day the same thing happened for late checkout ( because of the first day, clearly informed that will checkout at 6pm, Faraja said it will be done) at the End I had to pay USD 120 more at the Hotel
3) Also charged an extra USD 50 ( for the last day city trip, although was a part of our contract )
Overall, I would recommend the guys, they are nice and good, just make sure to fine tune the details yourself.

Reliable, correct and value for money
We booked a 5-day safari with Full Package Adventures. Juventus, our contact has been quick to respond and provide any and all details from the beginning. The booking went smooth too.
Once we arrived, Tobias, our tour guide picked us up from the hotel. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and we had a really good time during the trip. He always told us the plans and timelines for the next day ahead, what to expect, etc. We could ask ANYTHING, there was nothing he couldn’t answer (about culture, history, animals, literally anything). He made sure we were always comfortable and safe.
The accommodations booked by Full Package Adventures were also beyond expectations: clean, comfy, with good and plenty of food. I can only recommended them to anyone looking for a good experience!

Incredible safari experience
What a lovely safari tour! We saw so many incredible animals and visited fabulous parks! Max made our safari truly unforgettable! His knowledge of the wildlife and the area was impressive. He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience! I highly recommend Max as a guide for anyone looking to have an incredible safari experience! Amazing
It was our first trip to Tanzania and we were amazed by this wonderful country with a beautiful nature and animal world. It was quite a dusty trip on a very bumpy roads which were skilfully managed by our driver and guide Max. This is the place where you feel the essence of life with warm and heart full people. We were lucky to be guided by Max from Full package adventures who showed us the beauty of his country and took care of us through the whole trip. Very patient
This was an unparalleled journey, and our guide Max was both a knowledgeable guide and an excellent driver. He arranged our time very well, even though the journey was quite long，Max patiently answered our questions in the car and did his best to show us more exciting scenes. This time, we not only gathered the Big Five, but also saw twice very rare leopards, twice rhino, and three lion brothers feasting buffalo. Max has good eyesight and didn't let us miss anything，I am very appreciate that. This is a fantastic experience, and I hope everyone can protect this precious and beautiful land while safari!

Best customised and well priced safari in Serengeti with excellent guide
Best safaris experience ever with our lucky big five encounter! Our guide was so accomodating and nice 😊 We learned swahili while visiting the world famous Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater! All this at our rythme and surrended by Tanzanian people joy of life! Everything from breakfast to dinner was perfect! Best glamping tents in serengetti and ngorongoro hotel was splendid! The view and Woodfire of Hhando Coffee Lodge, having breakfast and coffee while watching the elephants eating under the terrace was one in a lifetime experience.
