Amazing
Incredible Safari, Hike, and Kilimanjaro Adventure with Goodone Tours!
I recently had the most amazing experience with **Goodone Tours**, and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, every detail was arranged to perfection, and the entire trip exceeded all expectations.
1. **Safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro**: Our safari was truly breathtaking. We saw an abundance of wildlife in their natural habitats, from lions and elephants to zebras and giraffes. The sheer beauty of the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater was beyond words. The experience was elevated by our guide, **Solomon**, who was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the animals and the environment. The food provided by the camp cook was delicious, making the trip not just a visual feast but a culinary delight too.
2. **Hike at Materuni Waterfall**: Our hike to Materuni Waterfall was equally impressive. **Wilford**, our guide, made sure the entire experience was smooth and informative. The hike itself was scenic, and the waterfall was majestic! Afterward, we visited a local village and coffee farm, where we learned about traditional coffee-making processes, making this an authentic cultural experience. It was a beautiful blend of nature and local culture.
3. **Mount Kilimanjaro Hike**: For the adventurous part, we embarked on an 8-hour hike on Mount Kilimanjaro. The trek was challenging yet rewarding, and our guide was highly skilled and knowledgeable about the mountain's terrain and history. He ensured that the hike was safe, informative, and a truly memorable part of the trip.
All three experiences were arranged swiftly by **Goodone Tours** at unbelievable prices, offering great value for money. Their organization, attention to detail, and customer care made this trip one of a lifetime. I wholeheartedly recommend **Goodone Tours** to anyone looking for a well-rounded and thrilling adventure in Tanzania!
5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect!

Amazing experience
An amazing experience thanks to Good one tours. All the staff was very friendly, willing to help and well trained which made the whole trip an unforgettable memory. Definitely recommend the Good one Tours if you're looking for some adventure in beautiful Tanzania. The whole plan was well organized with all the appropriate details for all the activities. Big thanks to our driver Jackson who was very punctual in our meetings, and ofc our safari guide Solomon who showed us the magical world of Serengeti and Ngorongoro explaining us all the necessary details for the animals and the nature. Couldn't also forget Wilford who showed us the Materuni waterfalls and reminded us the majesty of mother nature, as well as our Dr. for the stomach (our great chef) who was waiting for us every morning/night with a delicious meal.(Not sure about his real name but if you ask for Ronaldo he's the guy) Hopefully, we'll be back. Keep up the good work guys.

Fair value for the service, recommend
Gadiel was very helpful in organising our tours in Serengueti, Ngorongoro Crater and Materumi Waterfalls in Kilimanjaro with Coffee Roast experience (recommended).
We saw the Big Five amongst other animals, the safari guide was experienced and tried his hardest for us to see all the animals.
Gadiel is always available by phone which is a plus.
Tip: Do ask where the remaining group members are lodged, it makes a difference in the amount of travel time in safari and energy levels.

Amazing experience
From the first moment I contacted Gadiel, he helped me to organize the best experience for me and my family. We did seven days safari including tribal experience with Hadzabe people in lake Eyasi. He answered all our questions and made all the changes that we asked for.
Both Dickson (guide) and Koga (cook) were very friendly and professional.
We chose camping option and we enjoy a lot sleeping in the middle of Serengeti.
I know it has been a experience that my daughters will never forget.

Ellis and China were excellent
We did a 4 day safari with Good one tours. It was all we dreamt off and more. I went for my birthday and I was surprised with a birthday cake at arrival. The next day we went to kilamanjaro with Ellis but the weather was cloudy so he drove to a spot where my husband was able to get a photo of kilamanjaro in the background later in the day. Our other 3 days we were driven by China and our chef was "delicious". China made it a point for us to see every animal we waned to see. We got almost touchable photos of everything except the rhino and cheetah. They were in the distance. If you want the best value for your money then go with good one tours. Their service is exceptional

Reliable
I chose Gadiel for the Kilimangaro climb because of the many good comments and I have no regrets. Apart from the small difference that I had to hike alone instead of in a group of 5, everything worked out. His people: Msuya,q James, Stephano, Francis, Tumaini (Hope) and Manasf were always very friendly and always willing to help. I would like to thank you all very much and will always recommend you.

Staffs steal money and service is disgusting
Don’t choose this company unless you want a terrible experience. My friend and I did the 3 day sharing safari. 200$ from my wallet was stolen. At first I only noticed that 100$ was gone on the third day. Then after the whole trip when we count the money I found that I lost 200$ during safari. I didn’t even notice it because every time they only stole $100.
Besides, during safari we gave the driver and the chef tips everyday. I tried to be nice but they obviously don’t think so. I gave the chef 5$ tips on the first day, and 10$ on the second day, then she told me normally tips for chef is $10 per person per day. That was so disgusting. We did a joining tour of 6 guests, that means the tip for chef should be 180$ for a three-days safari??? And only for chef, not even included the driver?? That’s ridiculous. Maybe that’s why they stole money from my bag?
The after service was so disappointed as well. I told these things to Gadiel, the contact person from this tour agency. He said he would stopped the staff and send me 100$ back through WesternUnion. Which I think is acceptable. But he asked me to write 5 stars review for the tour first on two platforms. I did 1 5 star review first and told him that the other one will be done after he send money. I’m not sure how many 5 star reviews of this company have this kind of reason behind. He kept telling me that he would send money on Saturday then on Wednesday, then nothing happened.
It’s almost 1 month and I don’t think I will get my lost money back. But at least people should know how this company and staff actually is.

Posted on May 11, 2024Dear Vallencia,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns regarding your recent safari experience with us. I want to extend my sincerest apologies for any disappointing and unacceptable circumstances you may have encountered during your trip.
Regarding the unfortunate incident involving the theft allegations against our chef, we took immediate action by suspending the cook and conducting a thorough investigation to gather evidence regarding the allegations. Our priority is always to maintain the highest standards of integrity and trustworthiness within our team, and we take any allegations of theft extremely seriously.
We acknowledge your disappointment regarding the incident involving the chef, and we regret any inconvenience it may have caused during your safari experience. However, we firmly believe that we provided a great safari experience for you and your group overall, and we are pleased to hear that everybody was happy with the majority of their experience.
We provided you with a substantial discount as per your request. However, your hesitation due to trust issues led to the finalization of your payment just minutes before the safari, resulting in a delay for the rest of the group at the starting time.
Despite our efforts to address your concerns and provide a resolution by refunding the stolen $100 through Western Union, we regret that you still felt compelled to leave a negative review. We firmly believe that we have acted responsibly and in good faith throughout this ordeal.
Given the circumstances outlined above, we kindly request the removal of the negative comment from our platform. We believe that the review does not accurately reflect the overall experience provided and unfairly impacts our reputation.
We genuinely value your feedback and strive to ensure that every guest has a positive and memorable experience with us. If you have any further concerns or if there is anything else we can do to assist you, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly.
Warm regards,
Gadiel Nassary

The tour was very well
Our six-day safari through Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, and the Serengeti left us feeling incredibly satisfied. We thought our driver, Ojung, was very skilled and informed, and the tour was expertly planned by Good One Tours. The safari vehicle was in excellent shape, and the lodges we stayed in were fantastic.
