It was fantastic!
5/5

We did three safari tours with Professional Safari. Our expectations were far exceeded. Modi, our guide, was extremely experienced and always took our wishes into account. We were able to collect many unforgettable impressions and would recommend Professional Safari to everyone.

I highly recommend Professional Safaris
5/5

We chose Professional Safari Africa to help us organize our safari in Tanzania (we were a group of 7 people with 4 teenagers). On the advice of Boris, we chose to visit the Tarangire Park, N'gorongoror and Lake Manyara.
A huge thank you to Lawrence who was our guide on these 3 days. Everything was perfect: the timing, the animals to see (Lawrence has granted all our wishes and even more!), the information on fauna and flora. We had chosen the Lodge Heat & Soรปl that I also highly recommend. I particularly appreciated the calm and professionalism of Lauwrence. We spent 3 days exceptional! I highly recommend PSA for your future safaris.

The review below is the personal opinion of Caro and not that of SafariBookings.
Nice safari, but could have been better.
3/5

We had a nice safari with Professional Safaris in the Ngorongoro Crater & Serengeti National Park and saw many animals. Our guide was nice, but certain things could have been handled better. For example, it was only mentioned to us in the last three hours of the drive back to the airport that there was a fridge in the jeep. It would have been nice to know this at the start so we did not have to drink warm water for three days and this could have prevented us from throwing away things from our lunch bag that we no longer trusted after lying in the heat for half a day. Additionally, the driver kept his radio (through which I assume he communicated with other guides) on very loud even when we were less than 5 meters from an animal and the noise of the radio was disturbing our experience of enjoying the animals in their natural habitat. Another example is that the guide made us walk around an outdoor art gallery for 10 minutes so he would get some kind of lottery ticket.
Also, do not be fooled by the last day 'early morning game drive'. When you are going to (certain parts of) the Serengeti, you need to drive back to the airport for 7 hours. While we did see some animals on the first part of the drive, it was not the same as an actual game drive.

Great Operator
5/5

We had a great safari, it was perfect, everything was on time, a great lodge (The Castle).
Our friendly guide Godlove has a lot of knowledge and our daughters (14/15) were thrilled.
Very friendly staff at the lodge and very good communication with the operator.
Highly recommended.
The price/performance ratio was right.

Unique experience
5/5

Where to start? We took a couple's trip to Zanzibar and then booked a 3-day safari package with Professional Safari Africa. From the beginning, we were impressed by Boris's promptness in providing us with all the necessary information, from the transfers that would pick us up at our hotel to the airport, flights to the parks, recommended items to bring on a safari, as well as package recommendations, given that we did a relatively short safari. For those going on a safari, I recommend a tour of at least 4-5 days so that all locations can be explored at a leisurely pace, as the parks are vast!

We began our journey at the Serengeti National Park, where we met our guide, Lawrence. Lawrence, in addition to being an extremely friendly and fun person, has over 28 years of experience in safaris. He took us to many areas where other operators do not usually go, so we had UNIQUE experiences!!

Another positive point was the accommodations. During our stay in the Serengeti, we stayed at the Kon-Ti-Ki camp, an extremely well-maintained place where we were very well received. The camp had very good infrastructure and was right in the middle of the park, so at night we slept to the sounds of all the wild animals, a unique experience!

On our second and third days, we went to Ngorongoro Crater, a spectacular place full of life. Our accommodation was the Zara Lodge Camp, which also had excellent infrastructure and is very close to the native Maasai tribe.

In summary, it was a dream come true, and I would like to especially thank our guide Lawrence; we had some adventures that will definitely become stories to tell!

Totally professional team, a truly wonderful trip.
5/5

My friends and I- us 6 people group, recently went on a safari in Tanzania, and it was absolutely amazing. One of the best parts was our awesome guide, Gody, and the super responsive and reliable tour company.

Gody was fantasticโ€”he knew everything about the local wildlife and could answer any question we threw at him. Plus, he made sure we got the best views of all the animals and added a lot of fun with his great sense of humor.

Boris, who handled all our bookings, was incredibly efficient and always quick to respond. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt really valued as customers.

This safari exceeded all my expectations, and I couldnโ€™t be happier. If youโ€™re thinking about a trip to Tanzania, I highly recommend this company. Theyโ€™ll give you an adventure youโ€™ll never forget.

Organized, Educational, Enriching, & Fun Experience!!
5/5

This was my first time to Tanzania and I have to admit - these guys set a very high bar for success! Loved everything about the trip.

Did a 3 day/2 night safari out to the Serengeti and our guide, Anton, was AMAZING! Came during April which was during the โ€œrainyโ€ season and while the rains stayed away, it was a perfect trip. We saw over 40+ different types of animals including the popular ones (lions, elephants, hippos, cheetahs, zebra, ostrich, wildebeest, gazelle) as well as some rarer ones (ie secretary bird, korey bustard, etc). While this is normal, it was Antonโ€™s keen eyes and professionalism that made this trip above and beyond. He was patience, knowledgeable, and prompt! The drive was smooth, safe, and fun!

Additionally Boris was the admin/coordinated who helped to organize a wonderful Serengeti safari, an adventurous day trip to Kilimanjaro (shout out to Daudi who led the tour up and down the mountain, very fun!!), all relaxing accommodations, and airport pick up and drop off.

Like the name says, these guys are truly professional! Looking forward to a future adventure!

Responsive and professional
5/5

Where to start ๐Ÿ˜† Boris at Professional Safari was so helpful and accomodating to all our requests, we couldn't have been happier. We researched several Safari companies and we got different quotes, but across all the ones we contacted, Boris stood out as extremely responsive, helpful, and above all professional.

Together we put together a 4 day trip: Airport pickup and dropoff, 3 days in Serengeti, stayed at KonTiki Lodge, then we did a day hike to Mandara Huts in Kilmanjaro. While in Arusha we stayed at Arusha Planet Lodge.

While planning, Boris provided different hotel options, different iteneraries, and at the end Boris was able to create the perfect trip.

During our trip Anton was our assigned driver for the entire trip and he was exceptional! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป So friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and excellent driver!! We felt safe and secure the whole time.

During our mountain hike, we were assigned Daudi and again another great person and excellent guide! I am not a strong hiker, yet Daudi gave me words of encouragement, did not rush me, and stayed with me the whole time. Extremely appreciative for his support and guidance! Daudi is another experienced and knowledgeable.

Everyone that we met through professional Safari was a hardworking, timely, and kind. When we return we will definitely reached out to Boris again! Thank youu!!

A very interesting safari

Communication was very good, nice and pleasant service with the driver Fulgence, good choice of accomodations. Just a long drive to Serengeti , too long.
It will be interesting if you had binoculars that work in the car !
