If you aren't trying to customize, book MoAfrica. They will take care of everything almost perfectly
The actual tour guides were great (Senior Lambs and Life (maybe Lyfe)). They're professional and knowledgable about the animals and parks/routes.
Our only gripe was the booking process. Sure they made it easy to book, but customizing the trip was a bit difficult and not as clear as they could've made it. Communication around pricing of add-ons wasn't transparent. Actually, we had about 2-3 different, unrelated issues with communication (not just us, there was even another couple who was told a completely different pick up spot and thus we started our day half an hour later). Another example was that we were looking at booking a private vehicle. Things should be itemized (as in: 700 pp if shuttle, one way, 1500 pp if private, one way.) You shouldn't be advertising the price as 800 pp private one way and adding it to the price of the standard, especially since the standard 700 can be subtracted if we drive ourselves. It's misleading and confusing.
So... if you plan on taking the exact tour as is, it's a fine operator to choose. They're mostly reliable. If you're going to try to customize, I'd pay more and go to a slightly more luxury safari tour guide instead.

Well informed guide in a good mood!
The panoramic tour was well organized. The views of the canyon were breathtaking. Our guide led us to the viewpoints. We enjoyed it.
The whole tour was great!

The tours is well organised, the guide super, but picking up others took to long.
super, but picking up other guest took to long. We were told that the group usually consists 6/7 persons, we were with 9. Not a problem, but it was a bit annoying to see cars from the same company driving with only 3 passengers that day. The biggest downside was the driving time to the park. Where it was communicated that it would take about an hour, it took us well over 2 hours. This was due to the fact we had to pick up guests who stayed at a place 40 min from the route to the park.
Despite the foregoing and the bad weather the day we went, it was a cool experience. Our guide, Eddy the happy chappy, was extremely positive and did a very good job. The poncho’s provided were very nice and welcome. We saw more animals than expected and that was the goal after all.
Great tour full of history and local knowledge
Thomas was very helpful, accommodating and friendly with agood sense of humour. He was very informative and knowledgeable about all areas we went to and a safe driver. We would definitely recommend Thomas and the tour to learn more about Johannesburg, it's history and current times

Our guide, Stanley, did an excellent job in ensuring that we saw as much as possible, especially considering the bad weather. Lions, elephants, rhino, water buffalo, hippo, crocodile - to name bit a few!
He allowed photographers time to get the perfect shot, and reacted quickly to any news of a “must see” sighting.
A great day, and a worth while tour that was worth every cent!

Stanley is an amazing guide and kept the guests fully engaged and entertained
Stanley made the safari so much fun with his anecdotes on the animals and their behaviour and South African folk lore

Lovely, funny and always ready to help and explain; he did his best to find all the animals.
The tour was very well organized. The driver arrived on schedule and gave us some big covers to protect from the cold (it was a freezing day). Them we headed to Kruger Park. Even though it was cloudy, cold and raining, the guide, Happy Chappy, tried his best to find all the animals. In the end, we saw a lot more animals than I imagined, and almost all of the big five (except for the leopard, that’s the most difficult one). We were also lucky to see a crocodile, a hippo, and the rhino was really close. Happy Chappy gave us some great explanations about all of the animals, he was lovely and funny. We had some bathroom breaks and a lunchbreak. We also had time to have breakfast and a tea in the end of the day. I really enjoyed the tour, it was totally worth it! The restaurant inside the park was not expensive (normal prices), and the souvenir store where we had breakfast and tea as well.
Great tour guide and driver
Sello was very informative and accommodating. Best tour guid I have ever had, actually. The driver was excellent, too.
