Unforgettable
5/5

Middle-aged couple on a private trip.
Uganda is a wonderful country: its vegetation, its people, its fauna... But to travel around it you need to put yourself in good hands to overcome its difficulties. We booked a 15-day tour with Beautiful Safaris and they adapted to our itinerary without any problem, taking care of the vehicle, driver, guide, entrances, accommodation, meals, airport transfers... everything we needed. The difference with other agencies is in the details: continuous messages to see how the trip was going or if we needed anything, exquisite attention from the guide (Abraham) and the driver (Ramadam, an expert in off-road driving), resolute in any circumstance, free wifi throughout the trip through a portable router, amenities for the trip (cushions, visor, gel, daily cleaning of the vehicle...). We were also provided with a French-speaking guide at no extra cost, to whom we attribute much of the success of the trip, thanks to his infinite patience and youthful enthusiasm, who made us feel from the beginning that we were part of a "team" and who revealed to us the wonders of Uganda and some extra surprises. Now, from home, I see that in all the photos we come out smiling.

Rigorous and professional
5/5

Beautiful Uganda, spectacular Mochisen Falls, clean and tidy accommodation hotels, and beautiful environment! The food is unique and delicious, with lively and interesting explanations from the travel agency driver and tour guide, professional! The mysterious jungle tracking of the silver backed gorilla is so interesting, and I would like to travel again if given the opportunity!

Professional,kindly,efficient in answering all questions
5/5

At the end of our 13 day trip to Uganda, we were still unsatisfied. We were searching for Shoebill, drifting in Jinja, Murchison Park, searching for chimpanzees in Kibale, and tracking silver backed gorillas in Buwendi. Ricky, who took us on the trip, was skilled in driving, good at communication, very considerate, and knew everything, which brought us a very good travel experience. Beautiful Uganda Travel Agency gives us the feeling of being a very responsible and professional travel agency. The company's Manager Cheng is efficient in answering all questions before departure and during the trip, and the itinerary is arranged reasonably and comfortably. Manager Cheng knows everything about Uganda tourism, and this trip to Uganda was very pleasant and smooth! If a friend goes to Uganda, I would highly recommend Beautiful Uganda Travel Agency and also recommend Ricky who will accompany us for 13 days

Passionate about travel
5/5

Very professional setup; so easy to book online; very informative information pack - so often, tour operators provide sketchy Information but this had all info needed - fast communication, perfect on time pick up, friendly and enthusiastic staff and they even gave me a travel pillow and blanket as gifts at the end. You can tell these guys have a passion for this industry. Great value for money as well.

A completely enjoyable trip
5/5

It was a perfectly enjoyable trip.
During the reservation process, manager Derick was always very friendly and quick to answer all my questions 24 hours a day.
The itinerary was to start in Kigali, Rwanda, then head north into Uganda, through Bwindi National Park (gorilla trekking), Queen Elizabeth National Park (game drives), Lake Bunyoni, and back to Kigali.
Godwin, the guide who accompanied us on our 12-day long journey, was friendly and cheerful, which made the entire trip more enjoyable and helped us meet good friends. Not only Uganda's beautiful nature and animals, but also the interesting relationships I made thanks to Godwin made this trip even more valuable.
The accommodations were all better than I expected. In particular, there were places that made you feel the joy of traveling just by staying at the accommodation. Rushaga Gorilla Camp in Bwindi Park and Enjojo Lodge and The Bush Lodge in Queen Elizabeth National Park were exciting travel experiences in themselves.
I also went on a safari tour in Kenya, and although Kenya is better in terms of majestic scenery, Uganda was more fun because it was cute and you could see a lot of animals, including elephants, buffaloes, and hippos. Next time, I want to go to Kampala and travel all the way down Uganda from the north. Thank you again Godwin.
