Funny
Our experience with MoAfrika safaris was nothing short of exceptional, combining the natural wonders of South Africa with personal, attentive service. We opted for the Kruger Panorama Route tour followed by a private safari, and both exceeded our expectations.
The Panorama Route offered breathtaking views of South Africa’s most iconic landscapes. From the deep canyons of Blyde River Canyon to the dramatic cliff faces and waterfalls, it was an unforgettable journey. Stops like God’s Window and Bourke’s Luck Potholes were simply awe-inspiring, with sweeping vistas that capture the raw beauty of the country. MoAfrika’s guides ensured we had ample time to take in each site, and their knowledge of the area enriched the experience with fascinating historical and geological insights.
The private safari at Kruger National Park was a truly immersive wildlife experience. Our guide’s expertise in tracking and spotting wildlife was evident, and we were fortunate to see the Big Five up close in their natural habitat. The intimacy of a private safari allowed us to tailor the experience to our preferences, taking extra time at certain sightings and truly soaking in the majesty of the park.
From the scenic drives through the Panorama Route to the up-close encounters with Africa’s wildlife in Kruger, MoAfrika provided a seamless and memorable adventure. Their guides were professional, friendly, and deeply passionate about their work, enhancing every moment of the journey.
If you’re looking to combine the stunning landscapes of South Africa with thrilling wildlife encounters, MoAfrika’s Kruger Panorama Route and private safari come highly recommended. It’s an unforgettable way to experience the heart of Africa.
This review highlights the blend of nature, adventure, and the personalized experience that MoAfrika safaris offers, making it a perfect recommendation for future travelers.
Funny, charming and insightful
I recently had the pleasure of taking a half-day tour of Soweto, and I can confidently say that our tour guide made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we met him at the starting point, it was clear that we were in for something special.
Our guide, Thomas, has deep knowledge of the area’s history, culture, and vibrant spirit shone through in every story he shared. He began the tour with a warm introduction, instantly making everyone feel at ease. What struck me the most was his ability to combine humor and heartfelt narratives, providing us with insightful context about Soweto’s past while keeping the mood light and engaging.
As we explored the streets, Thomas took us to key historical sites, including the famous Vilakazi Street, which is uniquely significant for being the only street in the world where two Nobel Prize winners, Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu, once lived. His storytelling transformed what could have been a simple drive into an immersive journey through time.
Thomas also introduced us to some local artisans and businesses, giving us the opportunity to support the community directly.
What I appreciated most was Thomas focus on ensuring everyone felt comfortable and included. He was attentive to our interests and adjusted the pace of the tour based on our dynamics. Whether it was taking extra time at a particularly moving memorial or sharing more about the development in Soweto, he was dedicated to making the tour enriching for everyone.
As our half-day adventure came to a close, we felt a genuine sense of connection to Soweto and a deeper understanding of its significance in South Africa’s history. Thomas enthusiasm and warmth left an indelible mark on us all.
If you’re considering a visit to Soweto, I highly recommend going with Thomas as your guide. His expert insights, engaging storytelling, and heartfelt connection to the community will not only make your trip memorable but will also inspire you to learn more about this remarkable place long after you’ve left. Thank you, Thomas, for an incredible experience!

Great day out in Joberg!
We had such a great day out in Joburg! Picked up at our hotel then bussed around the city looking at sites and going to the apartheid museum, seeing Mandela house and visiting Soweto. Sello was our guide and he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, friendly and made it a great day!

We really enjoyed the tour! It was very educational and eye opening to visit the museums, and especially the brief walkthrough in Suweto.
Sello was great too, he was very friendly and engaging. We felt very welcomed by him too, and enjoyed his jokes and commentary throughout the tour. Very happy with his service!

Very interesting tour to Soweto!
I had a very interesting morning with Sello, bringing us to Soweto. Sello explained a lot and answered to all of our questions. During the morning we have been given an impression of the history and also current life in the area of Soweto. Definitely recommend to all guests, with just a few hours time, but want to spend them well :)

All the experiences that I had were awesome, from the sales team to the accommodations and food, the drivers and of course the guides, everyone was so kind and gave me the best memories in Garden Route, Pretoria and Kruger Park. Thank you, I recommend you with my friends and if I return to Africa I hope to travel with you!

Thomas was extremely knowledgeable and considerate tour guide.
Thomas was extremely knowledgeable and considerate throughout our Apartheid Museum tour. He patiently observed us take all information in by ourselves and guided as we wished at critical points and interests in the massive museum. He picked us up on time, communicated promptly, and also gave information on the entire city as he drove us to and back from the museum.

Thomas was very informative & enthusiastic; he made the visit much better
The tour made many of the museum’s rules and exhibits clear and by giving the highlights we were able to see the entire museum. The History of Apartheid is a large museum and it is stuffed with information and history; it would take days to go through it without Thomas. He also pointed out historically significant landmarks in Johannesburg.
