Nice safari in Amboselli and Tsavo East and West with ETA Adventure
ETA Adventure arranged the group tour for me in Amboselli and pirate tour for me in Tsavo East and West. The staff were always reachable and responsive and were happy to make last minute changes when required.
The accommodations and the food served there were good and the company staff and guides and drivers were helpful. There was an issue with late arrival of the tour car in Nairobi (partially due to traffic), however, the company took corrective steps to avoid any further delays for the rest of the trip.
The whole trip was good value for money.

Amazing budget safari
I'm so glad I booked with Eta Adventure Safaris! I was a little worried because I had reached out to many tour providers and Eta was cheaper than every single other provider. However, I found them to be just as professional as more expensive safari providers in other countries that I had worked with before. Chanson from their office was exceptionally fast and checked in many times to make sure we didn't need anything. Our driver from the airport, Gilbert, was also very prompt and communicative. Our tour guide, Dennis, also managed to overcome some seriously flooded roads. Of course, traveling in remote regions of Africa means you have to expect the unexpected and plan for delays, but I felt everyone I interacted with did their best to make the experience great. They even provided tasty vegetarian food!

Dennis was great, especially when he had to navigate the flooded, muddy roads post rain.
Our tour was great! Despite the heavy rain which caused muddy roads, we had an amazing time and our driver navigated these roads like a pro! Our driver seemed to know where all the good spots to spot animals were at and we even mangaed to see a family of Cheetahs on both days! This was a great experience and definitely worth the price!

It was perfect
Very great organization and service from the first contact before booking, during the trip and after the journey. Great and easy availability via whatsapp, very fast answers. I wished to book it directly and not to send a request at first. Unneccessary step, also when there were very fast answers.
Staff is absolutely nice and helpful, always let you feel welcome and very well cared. The driver in Nairobi and our guide David at the Safari 100% recommended. Super safe driving, on time, everything perfect.
I made a 5-day-tour with Hells Gate National Park, Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru. I did the optional trips to Masai Mara Village, which I can only recommend a little bit. I hoped to learned more from their knowledge, but after dancing and welcoming the guests, they showed their houses and rest was a annoying try to sell souvenirs. Price 20$ was definately not worth it. Additional boat trip at Lake Naivasha also for 20$, also not recommended, cause there is not really something special to see. Our driver made a very short trip due to slight rain.
Last day visit at Giraffe Center. Unfortunately giraffes not living free, it's a tourist thing where you can feed them. Definatley not to support.
Unfortunately I was not lucky with the people joining the group. 4 guys from Bangladesh, no respect for country, culture and animals, one German guy always played music via Smartphone without using headphones. Please please make strict rules that a safari trip is not a party trip!!! I came here to enjoy silence and nature and the group was shouting to the animals, singing, laughing the whole time, listening to music :((( Please make rules. They also were talking the whole night in the Eco Camp so that I neither could enjoy the sound of nature nor sleep.

Efficient
Agent was efficient, pricing was fair. However, subcontracted driver was not well qualified in offroad driving nor safari guiding.

The most helpful and reliable team I have the chance to meet in Nairobi!
This was my second trip to Kenya, and I booked with Eta Adventure Safaris for the first time.
The tour was perfect. Even, last minutes arrangements, were made to suit exactly expectations for this trip.
Since arrival, at the office in Nairobi, I got the best impression from Derrick and the rest of the team and their warm welcome (sorry I forget the names of other people ...)
During the safaris (in my case, Mara and Amboseli) Derrick was frequently sending messages to inquire about how the trip was going...
At the end of my tour (I ended by a short escape in Mombasa beaches), I had a sad and frighten experience just before leaving Mombasa. I was aggressed and robbed in the street.
The Team of Eta Adventure was informed of what was happened by my driver, and Derrick and his colleague were waiting for me at the airport in Nairobi.
The gave me the best support and stayed with me until late night, during the time the incident was declared at the airport police.
This two young people were incredible. I'm extremely grateful for the help they provide me!
