Kind and thoughtful
I went on a six-day safari, which turned out to be an amazing way to experience the diverse landscapes of Tanzania. The tour company put together a well-planned itinerary with great lodges and national parks, and every stop exceeded my expectations. Highlights included the Serengeti safari, with a stunning lodge right in the heart of the savannah, and the unforgettable views at Ngorongoro. Even our stay in a remote Maasai village was a unique and memorable experience. The only feedback I’d give the tour operator is to improve communication a bit, both before and during the trip. Asante sana Serengeti African Tours!

An Unforgettable Safari Experience – 5 Stars!
I recently went on a safari to Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations!
1. Amazing Wildlife Encounters
We were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five—lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos. The wildlife was absolutely abundant. I will never forget. Every game drive was an adventure, and I left feeling like I had truly experienced the heart of Africa.
2. Comfortable & Cozy Accommodations
The tented camps were fantastic! The tents were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The beds were incredibly cozy, and we slept under the stars, surrounded by the sounds of the wilderness. Our chef cooked some of the best meals I’ve ever had—delicious, fresh, and flavorful! Every meal was a treat, and I really appreciated the variety and quality of the food.
3. Knowledgeable & Friendly Guide
Our guide Grayson was absolutely wonderful. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife, but he was also so kind and approachable. He made sure that we had the best safari experience possible, sharing his expertise and passion for the animals and the land. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail made our adventure through Serengeti and Ngorongoro even more special.
4. Professional Transfers & Seamless Service
The safari operator provided exceptional service from the moment I booked the trip. The transfers were smooth and professional—there were no delays, and everything was perfectly coordinated. I felt completely taken care of throughout the entire journey, and it was clear that the operator is committed to ensuring guests have a stress-free and enjoyable experience.
Overall, this safari was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly authentic and well-organized experience in Tanzania!

Personal service with all the highlights
Serengeti African Tours service was very good. They organised the full safari, the lodging was excellent and they were very quick to respond to my questions and requests.

Grayson was a nice guy who had the mission to show us everything serengeti offers!
The Tour started with a get together in the car which was really nice because we got to meet the other ones. Then we went to Tarangire National Park. The Gamedrive there was amazing. Afterwards we selpt in a local place and the next day we went to sarangeti. Serengeti was amazing, our driver Greyson helped us to see the big 5 in one day. At Ngorogoro crater we saw beautiful nature and a good gamedrive as well. A real recommendation!

Very informative and patient.
I must say the Safari was the highlight of my trip to Zanzibar. Everything was taking care as promised. I did the three day and it was great. My coordinator Safina communicated so well. I felt great about booking. Our guide Ali took great care of us, and was very knowledgeable about the animals. The lodging was great at both locations. The food was delicious. I even got a bday cake which was very special. We got to see the BIG 5. Book with them you won't be disappointed.

Awesome comunicative they know english really well👍
Our guide was really good , he found every animal we wanted even a rhino which is really hard to find. He cared about our safety, and had no problem with everything we wanted.
We had Kelven and He was wonderful. Very friendly and knew all the other guides.
Our driver was great. The hotels we stayed in were wonderful! They had a hot warm meal for lunches while other people had sandwiches! We had a wonderful time! The only thing I would change is maybe taking a flight back instead of the drive. My husband left something important in one of the hotels and this company was able to get it back to him before we flew out! We were very appreciative of them! Would highly recommend!

Absolute value for money
This was a very special trip for us, as I was celebrating my birthday and it was the first time for us visiting Tanzania. I had connected with Serengeti Africa Tours on the internet and received their detailed itenerary. They even made the small changes as per our requirements. Safina was always very helpful. From making changes in the itenerary, to helping me out with a must have list, to guiding on what to pack and all minor help all through the trip. Right from Arusha airport, we had a timely pickup. A nice stay at Arusha. We were received with a gift of a t-shirt and a to do list before we set off for our jungle adventures. We went to 4 game reserves. Arusha, Tarangeri, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. With Abu and David as our guides. They always helped us getting the best pictures from the best spots. We had the best views and spotted all big 5 with endless photo ops and the best trip. The stays were comfortable as well. In Ngorongoro, we also met with the Masai Tribe and spent time seeing their lifestyle and dancing with them. Chef Mathew is the best. The food we ate on the safaris and the dinner spots were simply delectable. He even took extra effort in helping me out when all my luggage had gotten wet with the sudden rains. The best we could ask for.
Our last day trip was extremely special with Kelvin. We went to the Materuni Waterfalls and did the coffee tour and this lunch was the most special one as it was completely homemade and we could taste the love in the food! Thank you Serengeti Africa Tours for one of the best experiences of our life! Our hearts are full and we carried memories for a lifetime! Some of the sweetest people and the best sights to remember forever!
Tanzania will be etched in our hearts forever!
