Communications: Both the agent and the director were responsive and trustworthy to text and calls. English was not a problem at all
Service: Stellar service. The director was personally looking after me prior to the safari for matters such as briefing and sorting out accomodations as well as arranging transport. The team felt like a reliable contact for us in a foreign country.
Value: Great value, amazing service at a lower price than many other operators.

Unforgettable time with wildlife
Visiting Tanzania Safari frdm Tokyo, Japan. A lot of thanks to the guide, we completed the Big fives plus cheetah and popular animals. The whole procedure from booking to the transportation to the airport was very smooth and comfortable. Really appreciate Joel and Samson!! Food and accommodation were also great, surely worth visiting again.

Very professional tour operator
Everything was handled very professionally, Novatus answered all our mails directly and was very helpful throughout the trip. He picked out very nice accommodations and the driver was very experienced. We had warm lunch all days. We highly recommend doing the trip via Tanzania Pilgrimage Safaris and would always do it again with them.

Great experience, safe safari
The experience was really good, we decided for this company and from the first moment the communication was fluid to organize a safari tailored to what we wanted in budget and accommodation and parks. Our guide was Agustino and I don't think there is a better guide than him, you can tell that he enjoys his job because he gives information about all the animals we see and he worries about the group enjoying themselves, a machine of a man. Some days we had to wait longer than usual to start the game drive, but that was due to other clients. We saw many animals and the Big 5, we go home with a great experience. Thanks to the guide Agustino, Novatus and team.

Perfect atention to details and humanity!
Joel and Novatus looked after me like a brother would do. They were welcoming, friendly and very kind since the first moment. They helped me a lot when my bag didn't arrive to the airport and I started the safari with no bag. Took me to buy some clothes and when my bag arrived they sent it to me. Last day we had a great time visiting Arusha and I felt like at home with them. Overall safari was great and our driver Hamsa and chef Joshep were great. Such a pleasure to met and be served by such an amazing team. Only thing I would change is the air company because Precision Air has so much trouble to be on time. If you change flight company I would recommend you to any of my friends and family, and if you don't I would also do it. Haha Asante Sana Rafikis. My brothers from a different mother. Service, kindness and patience
Since the beginning, including the planning of the tour, they were very patient, kindly, comprehensive and always supportive. They planned for us several options so my family and I can decided, the food they provided delicious, the accommodations accordingly to the plan were clean and comfortable, and the guida tour called mosha was the best, incredible person, always ready to help. Ee truly loved Tanzania, it’s a beautiful country full of nature and the most incredible national park of all serengeti. Yo won’t regret if you plan your trip with them. We love Tanzania!!

Definitely a once in a lifetime experience! Tanzania Pilgrimage Safaris was a great fit for us. They took care of us on a 360 degrees, from the WiFi, to the SIM card, passing by the pick up and drop off, plus any clarification we needed during our 4 days safari.
Amazing experience, start to finish
My husband and I had the best experience, from booking until the end of the safari experience. Novatus was so communicative, responsive and helpful throughout the entire experience; which was important for us being unfamiliar with going on a safari. Bucket list safari experience
I am a solo traveler and booked a group joining safari with Tanzania pilgrimage. I was nervous at first with it being a new company with not many reviews but all my fears turned out to be unfounded. Not only, did Novatus answer all my numerous emails he personally picked me up from the airport on my first day in tanzania. Out of all the safari companies i reached out to on safaribookings i chose Tanzania Pilgrimage because Novatus was never pushy or rude in his responses about a quote. The safari overall was excellent, i saw all the animals that i wanted to see, the food was always good and the accommodations with the exception of one was great. The group I was placed with were lovely people and I enjoyed their company. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another safari with them if i’m ever in tanzania again.

Excellent, super friendly and service above and beyond!
This is my first time visiting Africa and booked a 4-day Safari with Tanzania Pilgrimage Safaris starting from Arusha. Coming from Australia, it is a long way away and I had almost no African experience, nor knew what to expect. Tanzania Pilgrimage Safaris were excellent in every way. When booking the tour, they were extremely responsive, courteous and thoughtful, accommodating to my questions and needs, tailoring the experience for me regarding where I wanted to visit and appropriate accommodation for my budget.
They were also able to arrange seamless pickup and drop-off for me from my Kilimanjaro airport to my hotel, and the next day pick up from hotel by a highly experienced Safari guide for my trip. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and felt safe and welcomed throughout.
Lastly, and most extraordinarily, my departing flight out of Kilimanjaro airport was cancelled and was re-scheduled to an earlier flight which didn't work for me. I was notified in the middle of my Safari and not speaking Swahili nor know who to contact, I needed urgent help. Tanzania Pilgrimage Safaris was able to communicate to various airlines on my behalf and ultimately re-accommodated me to a flight that worked for my itinerary. This was done free of charge with utmost professionalism at a time that was highly stressful for me.
Their safari prices are also good value for money, but ultimately their responsiveness, reliability and professional + friendly service makes them the most excellent company I've toured with.
Highly highly recommended.
