Ranger Bucks Safaris was the one we chose with so many others available. Happy that we did, they are friendly, efficient and in every way professional - we were up against flight cancellations at last minute and tour changes. Lindsay Doubtfire went beyond to help and always available . The whole tour was amazing from Accommodation was exactly what we asked for & every request was there for us.

What an amazing tour operator
We were four friends that travelled with Ranger Buck Safaris and I was tasked with organising the trip.
I contacted Archie who gave me an insight into Rwanda and what he recommended we do, and he put myself and Lindsay together to finalise the tour.
Lindsay was fantastic. Nothing was too much or ever an issue for her. She got my brief immediately.
My friends and I changed the itinerary a couple of times before we began our holiday to ensure we packed our days with exciting things to do.
And each time I phoned her with additional requests, she made sure they happened.
From the minute we arrived in Rwanda, we were treated like VIPs with our own guide/driver the entire holiday. He made sure we knew what time our tours were taking place. He would be waiting for us at the end of each tour. And he would be ready at our beck and call to take us on our next tour. He taught us so much about Rwanda, the people and the country. He was so professional and experienced.
The hotels that we stayed at were really special. The service that we received was next level.
They were more organised than we were with regard to our trekking with the gorillas.
They provided us with snacks, water, gaiters and rain jackets.
We were lucky enough to trek for a second day. The hotel had our shoes and socks from the day before cleaned and dried for us and ready to be used on our second day of trekking.
If you are thinking of going to Rwanda, I would highly recommend you going with Ranger Buck Safaris.
We had the most amazing and memorable holiday with them.

Our South African trip with a family group of 8 was perfect thanks to flawless planning and execution by the team at Ranger Buck Safaris. As South African expats we know the country really well and have done several of these trips over the years. We have come to know high quality when we see it and Ranger Buck Safaris deserves nothing but the highest praise. Accommodations, guides, transfers were all at the highest level and ran like clockwork. Attention to detail was excellent and small touches that reflected their level of experience made big differences during a busy peak season. Organization like their Travel Key App was top notch. Siviti Homestead was a perfect fit for our family group for the safari portion of our trip and the staff there made our stay very special. Amazing

A brilliantly organized, unforgettable trip thanks to Ranger Buck Safaris
When looking to book a 2.5 week trip to South Africa, we didn't really know where to begin. After reaching out to travel agents for some assistance, Archie immediately got in touch with us and scheduled a call to talk us through our options. Archie is super knowledgable and was attentive to our needs, quickly understanding exactly what we were looking for and putting together a comprehensive itinerary for us. He was very accommodating when making requested amends to the itinerary and we really appreciated the additional guidance he gave for parts of the trip we wanted to book ourselves. It is hard to put into words how incredible the trip was.
