Amazing Journey Through Omo Valley
I recently completed a several-day tour through the Omo Valley, visiting multiple tribes, and it was an experience I will never forget. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Our guide, Sahlie, was truly the highlight of the trip. His knowledge about the tribes, history, and culture of the region was incredibly deep, and he shared it in such an engaging and insightful way. Beyond his expertise, Sahlie was also kind, patient, and always went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience possible. His attentiveness and warm personality made the trip feel personal and truly special.
The hotels we stayed at were comfortable and well-kept, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The food throughout the trip was also a highlight—delicious and varied, offering a true taste of local cuisine that perfectly complemented the adventure.

It is really worth leaving the zone of European standards and comfort. It is different, there are no million prohibitions, designated paths, regulations, bars and barriers. You have to listen to a guide who cares about our safety in relation to nature, because people in this country do not have to be afraid.
