Cancelled trip and no refund
Hi,
So my trip in May to Lake Turkana was cancelled and they were reluctant to pay refund (I still haven't received everything). It took 5 months to get the first payment on October after multiple calls. Also they were pushing me to go to the same trip in October but I explained that I am no longer available that time. The third part I still haven't received although they said that I would receive it in November (still 6 months later). Also, they take ages to answer just because I am asking for refund to a trip I haven't been. Quite unprofessional in that sense so be careful if you want a refund for a cancelled trip. Be prepared to call them 30 times in a span of 7 months already..

Amazing safari experience
We booked our masai mara trip with safari update travels. Everything was well planned from accommodation to game drives. All went perfectly well. Special mention mention to our guide john who went extra to make sure we saw almost all the big 5 expect from Rhino.

Very professional and good service
We booked our safari to Ambrose like with this tour operator. From the start the communication was great and friendly. They gave us all information we needed and response was fast. Great safari experience and knowledgeable guide
We had an amazing safari with my family in Masai mara National reserve. Safari update travels arranged everything from hotel, game drives and transfer from Nairobi.
We lucky to spots lots of wildlife including lions, cheetah, Leopard, giraffe, elephants and so many more cheers to understanding and knowledgeable guide we had.
The hotel choice too was great, nice rooms and good meals.
I highly recommend safari update travels if you are planning for a safari in Kenya.

Amazing tour with guide James Jichina
This tour was amazing for us, starting with the very good communication with Silas via Whatsapp to organize and then with James Jichina, our very skilled and caring guide. With him we saw the big 5 and lots of other animals, especially lions in action (trying to hunt, eating and mating). Enkorok Camp was beautiful, the accomodation is clean and comfortable and we had a very good time in this safari. I 100% recommend Safari Update Travels and James Jichina!

Most beautiful experience in our live
We went on a 3-day safari in the Masai Mara National Reserve with Safari Update Travel. We booked the tour from Germany. The communication in advance was super straightforward and all questions were answered within a few minutes. Also the payment was problem-free. We can only say one thing about the tour itself: WOW! Everything went perfectly from start to finish. Our guide was very experienced and professional. Our tour group was also just perfect. We had so much fun in the 3 days that we were sad at the end that this tour was now over. We were very lucky in the park itself. From elephants to lions and cheetahs to rhinos and hyenas, we really saw everything. Our guide Fred always tried very hard to take us to the best places and shared a lot of background information with us. Our highlight was watching 5 cheetahs eating and spotting the rare rhino. The Jambo Mara Lodge, where we stayed overnight, was also excellent. We can really recommend this tour to everyone. It couldn't have been better. Thank you very much!
