1. Firstly, i should really appreciate my sales Jeremiah. Because I have a lot of questions, he spent the whole week asking questions, and even answered my questions at night and on weekends. In addition, because email is not as convenient as chatting, he registered WeChat specifically for Chinese people, and all our communication was conducted through WeChat. 2. Secondly, I would like to thank my guide + driver Champion. He has eagle eyes and can spot animals quickly. He is very nice, professional and enthusiastic, and treats Chinese people the same way. It's a pity that we didn't see leopards this time, but we saw wildebeest crossing the lake in December, which was a rare and beautiful scene. Highly recommended my guide Champion
3. An unexpected situation occurred. On the first day, we arrived at Ngorongoro from Kilimanjaro Airport, but the car broke down in the evening. The next morning, we couldn't connect the guide at the agreed time, and we were very anxious because we couldn't make international calls and couldn't leave messages. Fortunately, after waiting for half an hour, they came up with a solution. In the morning, they asked other local guides to take us to safari, and then they would pick us up after changing to a new car. I hope the company can pay more attention to the condition of the vehicle. The car we changed later was not as new as the one on the first day, but fortunately, there were no problems during the journey.
4. Overall, the trip was very satisfactory. Although some unexpected situations occurred, Serengeti Smile still solved the problem in a timely manner, because it's an emergency . So I still strongly recommend my sales and guide and Serengeti Smile.

Memorable
We were initially skeptical about booking a private safari tour, but we’re so glad we went through with it! Our guide, Justin, was exceptional—attentive, accommodating, and happy to stop whenever we asked. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and added to the overall experience. We had an amazing seven days in Tanzania! The Serengetismile team was incredibly professional, from the initial sales process to our guide—everything was perfect! They were always prompt in responding to my messages and used their expertise to organize all aspects of our trip.
I would like to give a special thanks to our guide, Champion. He was exceptionally professional and hardworking. We saw all the animals we hoped to see in Tanzania, especially the Big Five. We encountered herds of lions, elephants, zebras, and wildebeests. Champion's keen eye and expertise allowed him to spot animals from far away and notify us. If given the chance, I would definitely choose him again as my guide for future trips.
Additionally, I want to express my gratitude to Erick, the salesperson I initially contacted. At the very beginning, he carefully planned our itinerary and helped us book both our guide and hotels. Erick was always responsive, even answering messages late at night in local time. On the last day, when we made a last-minute change to our schedule, he promptly rearranged everything for us.

I am from Jamaica 🇯🇲, and Africa has always been on my bucket list of places to visit. After doing thorough research and considering customer feedback, I chose Serengeti Smiles as my tour company. I must say, my experience with them was exceptional. They are a truly professional and detail-oriented company. From planning to execution, everything was handled seamlessly.
My assigned tour guide was Champion. From our meeting point to our drop-off, he took excellent care of my friends and me. Title: Champion the Champ! He was a knowledgeable, patient and fun tour guide.
We were greeted by Champion in Kenya who drove us to Tanzania. He walked us through the process going through the border, provided an outline of our day and off we went to the Serengeti, Tanzania.
Champion, drove with care, yet always on the lookout for animals to show us, which he didn’t see at first.
Champion, explained the history about the towns we drove past, the Maasai people and the culture of Tanzania.
Champion, was patient with us as we took pictures along the way.
We felt safe with Champion as he presented as calm, knowledgeable, friendly and cool.
He was an amazing tour guide who made this trip enjoyable and contributed to the humbling experience I had.

Exceptional Experience operator
Our tour operator Champion was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He picked us up at Tanzania’s and Kenya border with detail of our trip.. he made the Safari fun and exciting. Gave us dept of detail about the animals and fun facts. He made us feel safe and comfortable doing the Serengeti Safari.
I would do another trip with this company and definitely request Champion.

We decided to book Serengeti smile based off the reviews and itinerary, and they did not disappoint. The tour guide, Champion, was very accommodating, knowledgeable about the towns we passed, the Serengeti, the people, and animals. He made sure to answer any questions we have, stopped to get the best pictures, and even adjusted when it was raining. Overall, it was a great tour.

Once-in-a-Lifetime Trip with Pius & Serengeti Smile!
We had the absolute pleasure of spending our honeymoon on a one-week safari in Tanzania, and it was amazing!

An Incredible Safari Experience I'll Never Forget
We decided to go on a once-in-a-lifetime safari adventure and chose Serengeti Smile to plan our trip. From the start, Erick was incredibly helpful. He patiently answered all our questions, no matter how silly they were.
The team helped us create a fantastic 11-day itinerary, with five days of thrilling game drives. It was such a relief to have everything organized, from our accommodations to our daily activities.
We visited some of the most stunning national parks in Tanzania: Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater.
