The operator was communicative, thorough, and amazing at planning the perfect safari.
Crimson Brooke Safaris was excellent at communicating and planning the perfect trip for my family. Once in Kenya, we were greeted at our hotel by the amazing team and given a lovely send off on our safari. They planned the trip of a lifetime for us and ensured all plans were set in place, everything went without a hiccup. Even with my family’s food allergies, they were able to arrange accommodations that saw everyone was happy and satisfied.

Very helpful, punctual and polite
The planning process was very easy and interactive. There was adcise on how to maximize the value for money. The trip itself was wonderful -driver was on time and very helpful. The other family we were joined with was also awesome. The trip was great in terms of service -a new, clean and neat vehicle. I loved it. Exceptional Travel Experience with Personalized Touches
Me n my husband recently had the pleasure of traveling with crimson Brooke and we couldn't be more impressed! Their response time was incredibly quick, and they went above and beyond to make personalized adjustments based on my preferences.
Every aspect of the arrangement was thoughtfully managed, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. When we met, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a thoughtful welcome gift, which added a lovely touch to the experience.
Our guide, John, was exceptionally experienced, and he made sure we saw all of the Big Five during our journey. We even had the chance to witness the migration crossing, which was truly unforgettable. Overall, the entire trip was absolutely wonderful Honey Moon!

Very professional, well organised and exceptional service (with very new equipment)
We did a four day safari with Crimson Brooke Safaris going up north to Mt Kenya, Ol Pejeta and Solio Ranch. Betty and the team were excellent during the initial planning process coming up with lots of different options, from Masai Maraa, to Ol Pejeta, flexibly working within our budget and very responsive. She was also happy to accomodate a last minute addition from a friend who wanted to join as well.
The safari itself was great, Betty and her team greeted us when got picked up and the vehicle and guide Reuben were great as well. The vehicle was very new (different to my last experience when I went with another tour operator), clean, and had a lot of additional 'touches': fresh water dispenser, high speed internet, and chargers + a welcome gift from the team as well. The tour was great, and our guide was very knowledgeable and flexible! Highly recommend them!

Our experience with Crimson Brooke Safaris in the Masai Mara, Kenya, was truly exceptional. This was our first time in East Africa and our first safari ever, and from start to finish, everything was perfect.
Amos and Beatrice took great care of us. From the very first Zoom call, they listened carefully to what we wanted and made sure the tour was designed just for us. When we arrived in Kenya, they continued to go above and beyond. Unfortunately, our luggage went missing, but Amos and Beatrice worked tirelessly to get it back to us. We felt very reassured and safe in their hands. They are incredibly reliable and helpful.
The safari itself exceeded all our expectations. The lodge they recommended was exactly what we were looking for—comfortable, beautiful, and the food was amazing. Our driver, Reuben, was fantastic. He was patient, flexible, and knew so much about the wildlife and the area. He made sure we got the most out of every game drive, and he was always friendly and helpful.

Amos and Betty are not just extremely professional tour operators. They are, above all, passionate about their work and make their presence felt throughout the journey, just like friends and travel companions would. They personally welcomed us at the airport with carefully chosen gifts, selected the ideal itinerary for the days we had available, and picked the best accommodations for us. They entrusted us to the expert guidance of Rueben, a reliable, punctual, and friendly driver, who was an unbeatable guide for our safaris. Despite being in a busy tourist season, they made us feel like friends, sharing lunches and dinners with us in Nairobi and making us a part of their family life and that of the country that hosted us. In a word: unbeatable!
