Made my first safari trip unforgettable!
Super satisfied with Serengeti Smile’s service and hospitality! Very flexible and accommodating with our requests. Saw the big 5 during my first safari trip, and migration! Tour guide knows all the spots! Would only go with this tour company for our next Tanzania safari trips!
Champion is the most awesome, inspiring, and kind tour guide ever!
Serengeti Smile is a great company. My sister did the booking, and it is very straightforward! The communication and service is very helpful and fast. It was very organized, and we stayed in different lodges. The actual safari was amazing. Make sure you are ready to wake up early so you can see all the cool animals! We were lucky enough to actually see the big 5: lions, rhinos, elephants, buffalos, leopards. We also saw gazelles, zebras, cheetahs, antelopes, meercats, baboons, flamingos, ostriches, hyenas, jackals, and so so so much more! The nature is so beautiful in the safari as well. It really makes me appreciate the earth. Champion is AMAZING! He had water bottles and soda for us. The safari truck he had always smelled good. He taught us about using zebra tails to swat away any insects (which we actually didnt have to use much with the December weather!) He also knows a LOT about the animals. He would tell us many facts about the animals and whenever I asked a question, he always knew the answer! He is also very kind and patient. He will stop the truck so that you can see the animals and take pictures. Champion also took so many photos of my family and I. He is a very cool guy and if you get a chance too, ABSOLUTELY book with Champion- you won’t regret it!
When you are booking a safari, you hope your guide is a champion guide. Champion was that champion!
Serengeti smile communicated well for booking and making sure we set everything up correctly, made sure we had everything paid, and communicated to make sure we were picked up and dropped off at the right times/places. The communication for us was really helpful as booking from the US without much knowledge of the safari operations
The national parks we visited were absolutely amazing. We got to see the big 5, so many big cats, and were so fortunate to see 5 cheetahs in one day (my favorite!!). It was wonderful to see a lot of the animals in their natural habitat, and seeing them up close was a dream come true. The hotels we stayed had such kind staff and staying in the bush was an experience we won't forget.
Champion our tour guide was super knowledgeable, an excellent driver, and continuously exceeded all expectations for making sure we were comfortable, taken care of, and had a great time. He truly was a champion as we got to see the great migration, helped us find a cheetah which was my big dream of coming on the safari, and taught us so much.

Efficient, straightforward, FUN, and smooth
I reached out to Serengeti Smile to organize my family trip to Tanzania in January 2025! We did the four day safari & went to Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. My contact was Eliad, who was very quick with communication and answered all of my detailed questions right until our first safari day. Our driver was Champion, who was truly a Champion. He took great photos of us, explained things in great detail, and had a vast knowledge of all of the species and fauna in Tanzania. We really enjoyed our trip with him and will miss seeing his happy face everyday! We highly recommend booking a tour with Serengeti Smile!

Beyond Expectations: A Memorable Safari with Outstanding Service!
Wow, what an incredible experience! We booked this safari last minute, and despite the short notice, everything was handled flawlessly. The staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly, professional, and eager to make sure we had the best time possible. Every detail was taken care of, and they made us feel so welcome throughout the entire trip. From the stunning scenery to the exciting activities, it was truly an unforgettable adventure! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this team for anyone looking for an extraordinary safari!
The guide is great but the operator could have organized better.
The guide is very passionate and well informed about the land and the animals. This was the biggest positive of the tour, as we got to learn a lot about everything we saw. But the vehicle was quite old with no air conditioning and leaking water. Because there was no Ac, we had to leave the windows open, which made everything very dusty and difficult to breathe. Also the first stay leaves much to be desired in terms of safe food and service (the rooms and amenities can be given a pass since we were in the middle of the plains). I also feel like the distances between the two stays could have been coordinated better. Overall, the sights were great, the guide was super, but the logistics and vehicle needs a lot of work.

Fulfilling your dreams
Communication and booking of the tour with Erick was very professional and rapid. Everything we agreed and booked was delivered including support of flight tickets from/to Zanzibar. Safari itself was amazing thanks to our great guide Deo, who was very experienced and did exactly know where to go to have the maximum of the experience and answered every our question. Thanks a lot for arranging for us great holiday!

Fantastic operator with an excellent guide, perfect full-service and always a feeling of safety.
Our guide Lucas had an excellent knowledge about wildlife, therefore we had luck to see all of the big five in only a few days. During the trip we had permanent a feeling of safety. The people in the lodges and especially our guide was very helpful, friendly and supporting. All our wishes was always fulfilled and all our questions were always responeded. Also the meal was enough and delicious too. The lodges a very clean and nicly decorated. Summarized it was more than an excellent trip.
