Responsive and took care of the details.

Easy to get an hold of if there were any questions. The guides they went through were unique and made the experience Our safari guide Albert was phenomenal! He knew a lot about the flora and fauna and loves his job. It showed through everyday.
The accommodations Ozon picked were stunning and more than we expected. We travel cheap but it didn’t feel like it. Our dolphin snorkeling guides cared about their ocean and their reefs. They provided an experience away from the crowds and had a more peaceful interaction with the dolphins.
The sunset cruise was hilarious. We had a mix of locals and tourists. Music and singing and drinks brought all of us together which made up for the cloudy sunset.
If you want a company that takes care of details you didn’t expect, this is the company for you.

As our guide from ozone light tours introduce from air port to city of Arusha, then we were drawn to the shores of Lake Duluti, where we saw elegant African fish eagles swooping down to capture their prey, causing ripples to appear on the glassy surface of the lake. The moment I visited this place created a markable and memorable part of Tanzanian adventure.

Amazing. Effective. Best operator we could have used

Ozon Light Tours provided an amazing safari experience! Kessy, our guide, was incredible. His knowledge of the wildlife was outstanding - he could spot animals from miles away and knew so much about their behavior. He also had a great sense of humor and made the long drives enjoyable. Ozon Light Tours were super responsive throughout the whole process. We decided to not do an activity or start a bit late at the last minute, and they rearranged our itinerary seamlessly.
One thing to note is that Ozon uses contractors for activities outside the safari, like our Mount Meru hike and the drive from Nairobi. This meant that the drivers for those portions didn't have the full itinerary and weren't always aware of the plans. While it wasn't a major issue, the communication was definitely smoother once we were on safari with Kessy.
Overall, I highly recommend Ozon Light Tours for an unforgettable safari experience. Kessy's expertise and Ozon's commitment to customer satisfaction truly made this a trip of a lifetime. Just be aware that if you add activities outside the safari, communication might be a bit less smooth.

One of our guide from Ozone Light Tours met us at Kilimanjaro Airport, his warm smile immediately put us at home in Tanzania. When we saw a pride of lions relaxing on sun-warmed rocks in the Serengeti, our hearts were racing. During their mothers' attentive observation of the savanna, two cubs engaged in a conflicts. This moment made us joyful.

- Communication was good, anytime we had a question, they replied instantly via WhatsApp. Information about the tour could be more proactive/forthcoming but if you proactively asked about anything regarding the tour, they replied instantly
- We needed to update our itinerary during the trip, and they accommodated the change seamlessly
- The tour overall was brilliant. Very reliable operators. The accommodation was better than expected, all meals were catered for and there was varied food to please all
- Our Safari guide was exceptional, incredibly knowledgeable and a bit of a legend. We had many laughs and saw some awesome wildlife
- We were less familiar with the tipping process, so we asked the operators and they kindly confirmed expectations

Ozone Light Tours made our trip to Meserani Snake Park one to remember. Isa, our guide, welcomed us in Arusha before we drove the thirty minutes to the park. The sun was shining, the breeze was light, and the temperature was a comfortable . Isa was very knowledgeable about reptiles, which made our two-hour trip interesting. At the park, Isa led us and described the characteristics and actions of different snake species. The park grounds, which were kept up beautifully, featured lush gardens and traditional Maasai buildings made us enjoying the trip. More ever we were particularly impressed by ant venom clinic and cultural insights into Masai snake handling traditional.

I recently had the incredible opportunity to go on a safari with Ozone Safari, exploring the stunning landscapes of the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania. It was, without a doubt, a trip of a lifetime!

The experience was flawless from start to finish. The accommodations exceeded all expectations—luxurious, comfortable, and beautifully integrated into the natural surroundings. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, ensuring we could focus on enjoying the magic of Tanzania.

Our guide, Agustine, was absolutely exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the parks, the wildlife, and the local culture. His expertise was unmatched—he seemed to know every hidden corner of the parks and always positioned us for the best wildlife viewing. Whether it was tracking a pride of lions, spotting a rare bird species, or explaining the delicate balance of the ecosystem, Agustine brought the experience to life in a way I’ll never forget.

Beyond his professionalism, Agustine’s warmth and genuine passion for his work made the trip even more memorable. He ensured every moment was special, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, informed, and thrilled with the experience.

I cannot recommend Ozone Safari highly enough. Their attention to detail, outstanding service, and commitment to providing an unforgettable adventure make them the perfect choice for anyone looking to explore Tanzania’s breathtaking wildlife and landscapes. If you’re considering a safari, don’t hesitate—Ozone Safari will deliver an experience that stays with you forever.

We went on a day trip in Tarangire with Ozon Light Tours, and the experience was amazing. The vehicle was perfect, and the guide drove with care. We saw many animals, including lions and an elephant. We were also impressed by baobab trees and the stories behind given by our guide. We will go back again with this operator on the coming summer

Great and safe agency
4/5

I did an 8-day, 7-night trip to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara.

I hired this company because it was the most flexible when it came to putting together my itinerary and the things we wanted to do. They answered all my questions immediately. Their booking and payment process is also very secure and flexible.

Our guide Kessy was quite skilled at driving, especially during the rainy season when we traveled. The only thing I would improve is that he gave more information about the animals. Because sometimes he did and sometimes he didn't.

What I would improve in general: I perceived the game drives to be a bit rushed at times. It was the third time I traveled to Africa and both in Kenya and South Africa the format is 3 or 4 hours of game drive in the morning - rest at the hotel - 4 hours of game drive in the afternoon.
Here, the truth is that they were a bit short and during very hot hours when it is very rare to see active animals and it was a long distance from the parks to the hotel (something I recommend asking beforehand).
Tarangire safari 3 hours on the first day and 5 hours on the second day.
*Serengeti was the best both in time and accommodation because it was inside. I loved the Kontiki camp!!
Ngorongoro was the shortest at around 2 hours of game drive :(
Lake Manyara 3 hours.
So on average 1 day of safari is actually a maximum of 5 hours during full sun and heat. That would improve it. Everything else was great!
