Excellent organisation and hugely enjoyable
Hoppy looked after us exceptionally well on the four day panoramic route and Kruger safaris. He is hugely knowledgeable about the local area and wildlife and made sure we always stopped to see everything - the big 5 all ticked off after he found rhino on the last drive!
The Sabai lodge is nice accomodation and pool with a view of the river on the edge of the Kruger. The in park accommodation a bit more basic but had you just a gate away from the game.
The food planning was excellent - breakfast and dinner out in the park with a wide variety of high quality options and then dinner at the Sabai lodge or in a tremendous steak restaurant on the last night.
Seemless organisation and an excellent host.

Amazing!
Incredible experience at Kruger park. We spent 4 lovely day in the wilderness with our guide Hoppy, which has shown us all the best spots. It's not only about lions and elephant, the Park has a complex ecosystem in which every animal, even the smallest, has its role. Hoppy was a great guide to us, we will keep the memories from our safari for life!
Absolutely amazing experience

Transparent and honest company, knowledgeable guide
We really had a great time. We were very sceptical in the beginning about making all payments in advance etc but once we landed, everythign was so reassuring. Our guide, Simon, was so knowledgable about the local cultures /history and the routes within kruger, punctual and accommodating. There were absolutely no hidden charges and we were provided tips for effective safari at every point, covering even the minute details. We managed to see all the big 5.
The food options were great, we even got halal deer (Kudu) kebabs during stay at the krugergate hotel and both, Kruger gate hotel and skukuza camp were amazing in their own ways.

Perfectly planned, nice places to sleep and excelent guide.
5 days safari, two people (maried couple in fifties).
We spent four nights in three different nice places, have seen big part of Kruger, and Sabie river canyon. We had a guide who perfectly suited to us and found every animal we wanted to see. For small group of only two people it was wery good price.

Reliable. professional; knowlegeable and caring.
Wildlife Safaris were very good. Firstly they responded to all our queries promptly. What really makes or breaks a safari is the actual tour guide / driver. We had Anthony Hawell known as 'Hoppy' as our tour guide / driver. Hoppy was sensational! he had excellent knowledge of all the wildlife, we encountered. The information he gave us was detailed and he had such a sharp eye in locating the animals even from a distance with his naked eye. He also had super knowledge on plants, trees, land formations and farmlands etc...
Hoppy also ensured that all our needs were met every step of the way. For example, whether we required more water, whether the setting of air conditioner in truck was apprropriate, he cleaned truck windows to maximize visibility, he provided us with binoculars, he made more leg room for the back seat, extra toilet stops when required etc... He made sure that we were comfortable and safe during the whole safari. This included whether we liked the meals, accommodation etc...
Above all, Hoppy was most friendly, punctual, reliable and really fun to be with. We enjoyed his company immensely and had the best safari ever!!!!
We know this because we have been on numerous safaries in the past and this one was by far the best one ever!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks to Hoppy!!!!
We highly recommend Wildlife Safaris and Hoppy as your tour guide because we know it will be a real success!

Amazing Bucket List Experience
We highly recommend booking your safari with Wildlife Safaris! We had a seamless experience right from the first contact online. They quickly responded and gave detailed answers to all of my many MANY questions. The online payment system was smooth. Then the safari itself was an unbelievably wonderful experience. Our guide Hoppy was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we managed to see everything we were aiming to see! Truly the bucket list experience that we were looking for!

Organized and well planned tour
Great communication before our trip, so we knew exactly what to expect. Good quality accommodation and vehicles. We thoroughly enjoyed our game drives, where we saw the Big 5 and lots of other wonderful animals. Our tour guide Brian was a wealth of knowledge, and had great patience for all our questions!

Fab from start to finish
From receiving a speedy reply to my initial enquiry, to answering my endless questions, nothing was too much trouble for staff!
We were collected on time by our brilliant guide Hoppy, and had a smooth transfer from Johannesburg to Kruger Park in a comfortable air conditioned bus....the icing on the cake was finding out we were the only ones booked on the 5 day Safari & Panoramic Route, allowing endless flexibility for husband to keep shouting, 'can we just stop here', 'what's that bird', 'can we just go back a bit to get a picture'!!
We stayed at Sabie River Bush Lodge, Skukuza & Satara rest camps in Kruger Park, before our final night in Hazyview. Each move was well planned, plenty of time for rest stops and never felt rushed. The monkeys at Satara were absolutely fascinating and very inquisitive! All the accommodation was clean with most things you would need for your stay. The travel back to Johannesburg allowed time to take in scenic stops for more fabulous photos, taking in the green contrast of the mountains after time spent in the park.
We were lucky enough to see lots of animals and birds (not the elusive rhino), but did not go with any 'must sees' being mindful these are wild animals and anything is a bonus! The experience of watching them moving freely in their natural environment has provided us with memories that will last a lifetime.
Our guide Hoppy clearly loves what he does, and nothing was too much trouble. It was a nice touch having an early morning coffee together before we set off, and great to chat over our adventures when we all met up for an evening meal. The only downside was coming home and having to go back to work to save up and do it all again ;)
I would thoroughly recommended Wildlife Safaris - and indeed already have to colleagues, who I hope will book with you for their bucket list holiday!! Thank you once again, it was everything we had hoped and more.

Great Safari!
Overall the safari aspect of our trip was great. We saw lots of animals and spent more time than expected in the park. All of the lodges we stayed at were very nice, clean, and had great views. Our guide was knowledgeable, and did his best to give us a great safari. My only nitpick would be to minimize US politics talk.
