Friendly

The guide kindly and safely took us to the Masai Mara. During the game drive, he explained a lot of info about many animals. Also he knows beautiful points to take good photos. I highly recommend enjoying Kenya and the game drive with him.

Intense but great memories !
5/5

We loved our 7-day safari tour from Nairobi to Mombasa, discovering the many animals in Kenya's largest game reserves. The program was quite intense, with the aim of seeing as much as possible, and the roads were not always pleasant, but the richness of the landscapes made it all worthwhile.
Our great guide Nicholas informed us about the way of life of the animals and the customs of the local populations, teaching us a few expressions in Swahili. He gave us a taste of Kenyan street food along the way. He was always ready to suggest ways of improving the program. He gave us good advice throughout our vacation in Kenya.
We are very happy to have been only my partner and I in the car, with the guide, for an experience as close as possible to our desires, all for great value for money.
Thank you for this wonderful experience !!!

Terrible experience Mud poured over our heads and clothes got dirty but no support
1/5

We faced a terrible experience during the tour. Mud and muddy water poured over our head and clothes got dirty but no support nor compensation from the guide.

The tour was held on a clowdy day with some rain and the ground was so muddy.

The car the guide used was a van, HIACE (not the land clouser or something) and the car hight was not enough to avoid splash mad or even to run the bad road.
So we closed the window and opened the roof to watch animals.

The case was happened when we crossed a big puddle. Even though the car is not tall enough to cross it and there was an alternative detour to avoid it, the driver plunged into it and after a few seconds , the car hit a pothole and mud (and water) heavily splashed and they poured into our heads and clothes from the opened roof.

Please let me echo that if it was of course
avoidable because 1) there was an alternative detour to avoid the puddle and 2) there were a few seconds for the driver to stop and turn back before hitting the pothole (the mud splash was kept happening).

After the incident, we asked to the support team to seek any compensation but they just said apologies.

We are very disappointed for the experience without professionalism.

Great budget-safari
5/5

Really nice budget safari trip. Both the game drives and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Would like the locals to give us a few heads up for the scams along the way and recommend which optional activities we should not waste money on. Other than that, really unforgettable experience.

Thank you very much for the safari and the guide Kamande. Yesterday was an unforgettable day, starting from visiting the Masai village, ending with viewing the animals. Our guide was very polite and knowledgeable.

Our experience with "Bienvenido Kenya Safaris" was nothing short of extraordinary, turning our trip into a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. We had an incredible time exploring Kenya, and our driver, Mr. Kitavi, was absolutely phenomenal—easily the best driver and guide we’ve ever had! The agency went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, consistently demonstrating responsiveness and flexibility by adjusting the itinerary to suit our preferences. Exceptionnal experience
5/5

Our experience with Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safari was exceptional! We want to extend a special thanks to our guide, Kitavi, for everything. His dedication to his work is truly remarkable.

Thanks to him, we were able to see the Big Five! Kitavi’s extensive knowledge of wildlife and flora made the safari educational and engaging, as he answered all of our many questions. His sharp eyes are incredible—he spotted animals from great distances, which added so much to our experience.

Above all, we always felt safe with him, which made the adventure even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safari, and if you’re lucky enough to have Kitavi as your guide, you’re in for an unforgettable journey!

Everything was really good
5/5

The tour was well organized and the driver was very good. We saw a lot of animals, including of course the big five.
The accommodation was also good. However, you have to be aware that this is a budget option and you can't expect a 5-star hotel. The only negative thing was the boat tour on Lake Naivasha. This was far too expensive and the guide was very bad.

Worth the money
5/5

We booked for budget package so basic accomodations were expected. I think the company has upgraded us one night at Nakuru hotel, which was a great stay. Easy communication and fast response. Jeep condition was excellent, and our driver very experienced. Yes, I'll recommend this company.
