Mike communicates quickly, professionally and efficiently,
I recently had the pleasure of going o Safari tour with Sereland that exceeded all my expectations! The team, led by Mike, communicated professionally and efficiently throughout the entire process, making the booking and planning seamless.
Our guide, Omary, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He not only found all the Big Five but also introduced us to a variety of other amazing wildlife.
I highly recommend this Sereland tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable Safari adventure!
he was really smart and talked a lot about the animals.
It was very interesting, lots of animals that weren’t afraid to come near the car, so it was possible to take great pictures.

Experienced, friendly, made us feel safe
Innocent was so friendly and made our tour the best! He had so much knowledge about the parks, the animals etc and it was so interesting that you could always ask him about everything. He was friendly and easy going and very flexible to our wants and needs. The tour was perfect and we are so happy about the schedule that Sereland safari had arranged for us. Innocent was also a very good driver, on the way back from Ngorongoro crater we saw 3 accidents on the way because the roads are kind of crazy, but Innocent was the best driver and made us feel so safe.
Also a big plus to sereland safari that had arranged a few surprises for us, it was soo cute! The best service!

Very experienced, friendly and dedicated.
Me and my wife did a three day safari with our lovely guide called Innocent. He is very experienced and has been doing safari tours for 12 years!!
We flew to Arusha and visited Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We did one national park every day. Our guide Innocent gave of information about the parks and animals throughout our trip and we managed to see a Leopard, Lions, a Rhino, Hippos etc.

They really did their best to give us a great experiene!
They did their utmost to put together a specific tour which was amazing! We had high expectations and they were all met and exceeded!
Our guide/driver Gama knew everything about the animals we saw and could answer all or questions.
Overall we had a fantastic adventure! The camps we stayed in were great in every way and we can really recommend Mike and his team at Sereland Safaris.

Everything perfect
The trip was perfect. the tour operator was serious and very knowledgeable. We organised everything from Italy, thank you Mike who was available every hour of the day and night!!! we organised the tour together based on our needs and it was really easy.

An expert guide that makes your trip an astounding experience
This was an experience of a lifetime! Mike was the organizer and Kelvin was our guide. Everything was great from the start! They picked us up right away from Arusha airport and we got on the road. We saw multiple parks and all the animals and more on our list! Everyday had a great tour, lunch, beverages, and lodging. It was even our honeymoon and they made it extra special.
While searching for which safari to choose, we happened to come across this one. Not a ton of reviews but GREAT reviews, so, we thought we would give this a try. It was a great choice! Their communication, service, reliability, knowledge, and value was all 5/5. If I ever come back to the Tanzania for a safari or if any of my friends/family are looking for recommendations, I will 100% send them to Mike and Kelvin. Great time with fantastic people!

Great customer service.
We were referred to Mike by a trusted friend, and he's proven to be exceptional. His customer service is accommodating and responsive. We tested him with a multifamily trip on short notice, and despite last-minute changes, he handled everything calmly and efficiently. He kept in touch throughout the trip, resolving any issues that arose. As long as you communicate your standards clearly, you're in good hands with Mike.

Even prior to arriving in Tanzania we felt secure in knowing we were going to be well taken care of.
We have had a fantastic 5 days in Tanzania taking in so much - Tarangire Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Mike from Sereland organised everything perfectly and our driver Stanley was very fantastic about the wildlife which is obviously a must! He also suggested a visit to a Masai village and a hot balloon trip over the Serengeti which we are so pleased we did despite the 4 am wake-up!
