I highly recommend The Shuttle Hospitality
We booked a 10 days trip with The Shuttle Hospitality and it was one of the best trips we've ever taken.Bob responds very quickly and gives you all the information through Whatsapp. The safari was quickly organized taking into account all our preferences.
We were met at the airport and taken to the hotel.Our guide and driver, Francis took us on a tour across Uganda and Rwanda visiting 5 National Parks where we tracked gorillas, walked with chimps and had the most incredible game drives we've ever experienced. Francis always went the extra mile to make sure we never missed an opportunity to see more wildlife.We've seen big 5
We learned a lot about the habits the local people and culture of Uganda, We got to know the local cuisine and distillates;)
The lodges were beautiful, with very nice staff.
I would highly recommend The Shuttle Hospitality if you want to maximise activities in a short space of time.Uganda enchanted us and we will definitely come back there

Reliable and Great Service
Highly recommend the 11 day luxury tour around Uganda. We selected this trip as our first time to Africa, wanting to see the Mountain Gorillas. We got so much more than we were expecting, seeing the big 5 after only 3 days. We loved visiting the different national parks, sightseeing and the time that we had to watch the animals, take photos and enjoy the scenery. We also enjoyed learning about the community and the initiatives to help increase the community support towards the animals.
We were met at the airport and from that moment, we were really impressed with the service provided. Although the private tour is expensive, we couldn't think about doing it any other way and would highly recommend doing this compared with a shared tour. Our guide Francis was really knowledgeable, there wasn't a bird or animal that he wasn't able to tell us about.
He guided us through the whole decision making process until the end with a professional service.
We are a family with 10 and 14 years old kids and where traveling for the first time to Afrika. After requesting offerings from different companies for a Safari we found this agency with a personal touch and decided to book the tour with Hospitality shuttle. This agency was very reliable from the very beginning and accommodating with all your wishes. They stood on our side through the whole applicational process and met us personally before the Safari started. During the Safari we could contact Bob any time and he would immediately help. We had always the feeling not to be left alone and would book with this company any time again.

Great trip
