Friendly and reliable.
Very well organized day trip to Materuni Waterfalls. Everything went smoothly. The car that was used was neat and we had plenty of water and soft drinks for the trip. Local guide took us to the waterfalls. The driver stopień on the way so that we could take pictures. Overall - excellent experience.

Amazing Experience
We loved Big Mama Safari. The communication was excellent, every additional request we had was accommodated, and the safari experience was amazong. We got paired with an amazing guide who was knowledgable, and made sure we get to see as many animals as possible! I would definitely recommend this and would book with Big Mama Safari again if I ever come back!

Great Safari Trip
The owners of Big Mama Safari came the night before to go through the trip and as well to answer question and they came the evening we returned from the safari to ensure that everything is was okay.
The guides on the trips did a great job, they had great knowledge of the area and about the aminals.

Love in every detail
Africa has stolen our hearts. It's the land of the wonders but our trip was perfect because Big Mama Safari and specially Tunu. Tunu is a nice person and very professional organizer. She was always in contact to do everything easy: transfers, excursions, safari....
We did a 3 days safari: Tarangire, Lake Mayara and Ngorongoro Cráter. Amazing and Joseph, our guide incredible. The Lodge was so nice too.
I'm sure we'll use again Big Mama Safari in the future and I recommend it everyone.

Would always choose again - thank you so much for this day
We went on a one-day Safari to Nyere NP (Selous) in Tanzania. It was the birthday of our little one and they even organize a birthday cake for her.
The german speaking guide dave was really well-spoken and our driver was a experienced driver.
We had incredible luck to see all animals that live there.
I still haven´t figured out how they could see the leopard in the tree :)
The lunch was really delicious.
I can only recommend Big Mama Safari Adventures for the organization of this trip.
The contact was always nice and endevouring.

Great customer care and support
Mistakenly book the safari for the wrong date. Discovered 24h before the date I thought I booked. They rescheduled everything in a matter of hours. That’s amazing reaction and flexibility. The safari was great, the plan, the treat, the professionalism of the team. Whether you get to see the animals you want or not (remember this is wild life, not a zoo), it’s definitely worth it.

I recently booked with BMSA for a day tour to Serval Wildlife Sanctuary and Kikuletwa Hot Springs and I had an unforgettable experience with them, exceeding my expectations in every way.
